Hmmm not sure about that. My city only has counters so let's say the dept store opens at 10 for this collex I would go like yea 8 that sounds good. Be there exactly at 8. For the Osbourne collection I made a pit stop for Starbucks before, I got there and there was already 2 girls in front of me. This was probably 830 if not earlier. 8 is good girl and lots of luck!!

Yes it's free. There is fancy paid option too I believe, but I use the free one. You just sign up on the ups site and it'll email you when you're going to have something delivered, you can change your delivery date and request time frames too I believe.

Me too, I am so bummed.. i was literally watching the site all night last night worried about he Time Zone, and then got caught up at work today ( military ) and missed EVERYTHING! the closest store is 45 minutes away... so, i guess ill just be happy to grab SOMETHING if i can. Heartbroken.
