I got my email, I just didn't get anything additional about the refund (was it in the same email?) I did not see the fine print. Doggone it. LOL Oh well, there are a few perm products I want. I can get those if the code doesn't work on new collex.
Well there is fine print in the email about it not applying to "items noted as not eligible" which I assume will be new collections. I'm sure you're email is coming. They probably have quite a lot of people to get through.
