Is anyone else having problems with the code for the sale. My code says that it has been redeemed and they are also charging for shipping. I thought its supposed to be free shipping. Not happy

I haven't tried to place an order yet as I noticed in the email it said one per customer unlike last year which makes me think it is a single use code. Plus Dominique isn't in stock and that is really what I want. I think I'm going to try calling CS tomorrow to see what the deal is.
