Okay, I just tried to place an order and I've encountered the exact same problem as you. Says the code has already been redeemed and trying to charge for shipping. Looks like we gotta try to call CS tomorrow if they are open.
I swear, how can a company as big as NARS still CONTINUOUSLY have problems with their webpages? I have never had a problem with MAC, not ONCE and I order from them all the time. Sheesh!

Alright I called CS and they said that the code is single time use and unfortunately affecting the free shipping so she said just place your order, once it is shipped you can call CS and they will refund the shipping cost. So I guess they're not going to fix it before the sale is over.

I'm glad it worked for you! I hope that means they fixed the shipping issue, some people earlier in the thread had that issue and when I called she said she had just gotten off the phone with someone who was having the same problem.

After my Sephora VIB haul..I said i was going to wait until Nars had their sale to buy 2 summer lippies and 1 Christmas. After this im going on a low buy. I own 10 of these now...when Sephora gives me my $20 Christmas coupon Im going to try to be smart and back up my dior foundation bc it is $$$$ as well...the life of a makeup addict.
