I just called cs & my order will not be here until monday. Not 2 day shipping. I thought Fedex did not deliver on Mondays. I told this cs lady that the lady yesterday flat out lied to me & that Nars has terrible service & a crappy dysfunctional websiteShe said she could actually read the "notes" LOLOL!!! in my account where she said was going to call me. I have notes at MAC & now I have notes at NARS

You ordered Saturday and they just now are getting delivered? That makes no sense. NARS needs to get it together. The only excuse I can think of is that they aren't use to high traffic, like say MAC is, and the anticipation of these Audacious lipsticks was more than what they were ready for. *shrug*Sigh... I ordered my lippies this past Saturday and they still show as Shipping Soon (it's FRIDAY, for heaven's sake). Called CS and was informed they are being packaged today. Had I know they would take forever, I would have ordered a few more lippies to make it worth the wait.

I have Audrey and I love the shade! It is more plum based red, quite muted as far as as reds go and really pretty!!The more I see Audrey, the more I think the shade looks quite murky or muddy.

I actually think it will be really pretty with your pale skin and dark hair. It's more red in person than in photos. I think it's a great everyday color. Here I go enabling....lol
