They described it like "a warm coral hue with a golden shimmer". :)

The New York Times made a wonderful video showing how to recreate the makeup look from the Rodarte show (Cindy Rodriguez's doing the makeup). We get to see the products in action, especially the chocolate side of Dolomites Duo Eyeshadow, and the Unlawful Blush (and the El Agua Velvet Lip Pencil too).

The blush definitely looks darker than Torrid!

I was actually thinking the opposite! Especially since the bright lights tend to lighten, wash out and desaturate the colors. I mean, in the video Dolomites looks like a different duo from the picture posted before, and from the actual look on the model's lids.

This was done quickly. :p

Is it Torrid in the image?
I have it and it's totally different from that one.lol Torrid is lighter (at least in the pan).

Yes it's the Torrid promo picture from NARS. But anyway, the colors of the products (except when they're applied on the model) are a bit off due to lighting, so it's not fair comparing the two. :p

Btw, I think NARS is obsessed with coral.lol There're already many coral blushes, but it's coral again!

Well, I have Torrid blush already... We shall see if I need this one as well. A lot of corals don't work that well for me and, in fact, Torrid is an exception. Doesn't mean there won't be other exceptions...

I gave my Torrid away.. it made me very orangey. Same thing happend with Liberte which gave me a brownish cast.

I am weird.

So do I, Orgasm is also awful for me. Plus, I thought Day Dream worked on me, but NO! Day Dream looks light in the pan, but it's darker than I thought.

Orgasm is icky on me too. I'm surprised about Day Dream, though. That one is much more forgiving. If you haven't tried Deep Throat already, that one might be better for you. it isn't lighter than DD, but it is pinker, so it works better on cooler skin tones.

So it seems NARS has plans to revamp their existing line of nail polish, possibly adding new shades in the process (much like what they're doing with their lip glosses). I've read July for the release date.
