Yup; I saw a post on IG referring to them as smudge- proof eyeshadow base

Ooooooo! These eye shadows are certainly eye catching. I have a fair number of NARS eye shadows (& blushes & highlighters). Looks like this fall will be time for more of his eye shadows.

some of the colours look old/rereleased. i wonder if they'll re-release the shadows from the dolomites duo? i missed it and am super sad to this day as it's not available anywhere.

My guess is they're slowly re-packaging their permanent line, and the eyeshadow singles and duos are getting the treatment.
