Sorry for the late response. I recieved my palette about a week after i ordered it and so far im really liking it! The colors are pretty pigmented but as i find with most of nyx's e/s they can be a bit on the powdery side. it has a decent mix of matte and shimmer shadows and there are even a few shades that have a little bit of glitter in them. All in all i think its a great value for the price... HTH!!!

yes i've tried the ez prez with my nyx pearl mania and it's the only thing that works. alcohol makes it very dry and it crumbles easily. the trick with ez prez is don't put too much!! it'll just stay moist forever. at least when i overwet it. moist sand is a good consistency.

till now i've ordered my nyx from shopcraze. although they have a pretty poor offer, they are very cheap and the shipping is very fast - usually the package arrives in 10 days time to Croatia which is excellent (usually packages from USA arrive in around 14 to 21 days)! However, I placed my last order with cherry culture since shopcraze didn't have everything i needed, and was very dissapointed when they sent me shipping notice email almost 7 days after I placed my order! not good first impression, I must say

i'm waiting for my package right now, hope that products will be ok.

do you have a problem with nyx lipglosses smell? i've just bought a few for my friend, and she says that, although she loves the colours and texture, she cannot wear them since the smell is to irritating for her! that surprised me because i love, love, love their smell, especially mega shine's smell.

Does anyone know about nyxcosmetics.com returns?
The website says they take returns within 30 days, but there is no address to send the returns to or any information about what needs to be included in order to receive a refund (in addition to the returned product, obviously).

I placed 2 large orders about two weeks ago and some of the colors are really different than I thought they would be - so I wanted to return a couple of items. I e-mailed customer service 6 days ago with the same question I posted here and have not received a response.

Has anyone here had to return items to nyxcosmetics.com?
I was going to just send my stuff with a signature required return receipt thingee to the address it was shipped from if I don't hear from them in the next couple of days, but I was hoping maybe someone here could offer some insight. I am kind of upset with their customer service. I e-mailed them with another concern and haven't heard back either.

Although overall I am happy with my products, I will not be reordering from them. This was my first and last NYX experience.

I think you're better off ordering from mscuppycakes or cherry culture. I had good experiences when I ordered with them (once with each place). I'm actually thinking of placing another order with mscuppycakes some time soon.

If I do purchase more NYX, it will be through one of those vendors. I noticed that Cherry Culture has a very clear return policy (although it is for store credit and not a refund) and mscuppycakes does not offer any sort of return on the products. Part of why I ordered directly through nyxcosmetics.com was the return policy - - I think both cherry culture and mscuppycakes have better prices.

I will probably just wing it as far as returning the couple of things...and make sure I get a delivery confirmation with a signature.

I did hear back yesterday from NYX customer service. The e-mail was very nice and they provided an address where I can send the returned items to and asked what it was about the products that did not meet my expectations. (The e-mail failed to tell me what I needed to include in the package, but I guess I'll just send the invoice with the items being returned highlighted and hopefully they will just credit my credit card back).

I definitely plan on e-mailing them about what it was that I didn't like and why.
Most of it was simply because the swatches online do not actually compare to the real product - - but I think it is really great that they asked and care about improving the products.

Glad to hear that you got a response back! Hopefully they'll fix the swatches on their website. I think the black label lipsticks are more dead on to the actual color compared to other lippies and stuff. For swatches, I like to google and see if I can find any reviews/swatches of the stuff. We have a swatch thread here, too. Not sure if you have taken a look at it yet.

I *love* the Black Label Lipsticks. I picked up 5 of those and want more. I really love the texture and color payoff - the round ones are okay, but they are a slippery-er consistency, which I have kind of a hard time getting used to.

I have checked the swatch thread and a bunch of You Tube videos too and have already started a list for a Cherry Culture order after the holidays (and for after the MAC Warm & Cozy and Love Lace collections

The black label lippies I have are: Dusty Rose, Heiress, Volcano, Champagne, Bloom and Nude.
I really love them all, but am partial to Dusty Rose and Heiress since they are a matte texture. I also really love Bloom. Such a pretty pink.
I'll try to find time this weekend to type my want list out. I'm a lipstick girlie - so there are lots of those!
