OMG those people who pre-sold are going to go flippin nuts when they come to pick up their stuff. I can't even imagine Techinically there were supposed to be no presales so I'm guessing that's why the manager decided to pull them all. But for the people who gave their CC info and thought they paid its a mess.

That's crazy. In CA there's strict buying laws. If your credit card is charged its yours and if its advertised at a certain price and they sell it they can't undo it. If that happened here people could sue. I worked in retail jewelry for years so I was always careful. Hopefully they don't have the same laws and their card wasn't charged. I'm sure that'll be the end of pre-sales there

Wow! Raizinnthasun that's a crazy story! I think this is exactly why they shouldn't do pre-sales. For one, every single place has a different rule. It's too confusing because one SA @ the same store may tell you something different from another SA at the same store. Yes, it's far more convenient than having to get up early and thug it out, but there's no way for the people who do make the trek out there and wait an hour or 2 before the store opening to know that their wait is in vain. I think they should allow phone sales after the 1st 30 mins of the the store opening. That way, at least the people who waited in person can get stuff.

So I called my local MAC inside of Macys and surprisingly they said they had a lot of TTT left! Sent the bf to grab one for me! WOOHOO!

Wow I remember how before this release, with the few pictures we had, a lot of people were not liking Nude. Now there's a big frenzy for it!its crazy how things turn out sometime. I'm crossing my fingers for a restock, I feel for those who missed out completely on some of the products. Please ladies, do not resort to eBay, sit still for a restock!

. :  lol but i CANT STAND THAT PISSES ME OFF is how folks take advantage of the limited supply or folks who aren't able to get that day and overcharge n gauge prices td:  becuz i think of makeup as being a fun way to express urself and if i have an extra one to sell im not making no REAL "PROFIT" to where its gonna pay a mortgage or some shyt nor is it my full time job. i mean no shade no tea but to charge $35-100 for a $15-17 lipstick that aint even high end is ridick!!! i love makeup too but i dmn sure aint paying THAT MUCH...just me...for lipstick. shyyyyyt we got gubment shutdowns goin on around these parts chiiiiiile!!!! and i know if folks are really desperate for it theyll pay it but i really appreciate people like erine who dont overcharge for "vintage" mac from past collections and others who are not out for blood when selling their stash!! shyt is just crazy out here!!

I don't think it's right that folks may buy up a whole load of stuff for eBay, but I can't be mad at them for the prices (well some of them who set a super high price I can). A lot of them start off at .99 cents and it's the bidders who drive it up to what they're willing to pay. I've resorted to buying from EBay something I couldn't find. This girl received an extra Christmas lipglass set & sold one of them. I bought it, but I didn't pay but maybe $8 over. I had my limit. Some people have higher limits that they're willing to pay to get what they want. If they keep bidding & driving the price up that's on them, not the seller. :2cents:

Out of curiosity saw a RiRi Quad Shadow pop up then disappear hmmm...

Is her Cocoa Shadow palette worth it? I've been contemplating if to snatch it up or not? Cause I am an avid Urban Decay Eyeshadow user & own the Naked palettes and wonder if there is a difference

I think so. I love it!!! They are soft and pigmented.
