RiRi Hearts MAC Fall Collection (October 3, 2013)

Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself and share my experience along with what I was able to get my hands on from this collection. I have been a lurker for some time...I just stay quiet cuz I'm a lil shy. Anyway..I shoulda just picked up TTT from day 1 in my MAC store in Boston but all the patchy talk made me say "sleep on it for now and jus get RRW l/s + l/l"....duh it was a huge mistake cuz I was loving everyone's pics on here and I knew there would be an abundant amount RRW hanging around....IDK what I was thinkng. So I was stuck in that waiting room and my cpu + phone were so slow I gave up when I read all the lippies sold out... the next day on mac's website I see "TTT and Nude have been removed from your cart"...SMH I guess "patience is a virtue" right?....More nightmares came with the dept. store release but long story short: just got my TTT l/s + l/l in the mail from Nordies today....This was the worst chase ever in my 3 little years of following/buying MAC products...Marilyn was nothing compared to this if u ask me. My final haul aside from the lippies: BGGG, Diamonds, Gigablack mascara and PLW brow pencil deep dark brun....my 1st time using something on my brows and I actually really like it. Crossing my fingers that I can secure Nude and WTC when a restock occurs. Oh yes! Y'all have me struggling not to get Her Cocoa cuz I'm plotting on Naked2 and Vice2 in the very near future...hope to make some new friends here since im kinda alone in my love for makeup..lol

Do you have a RRW in the regular packaging? If I'm not mistaken you can swap them out when you run out of the one in your SE packaging. Pretty sure Ernie (haven't said that in awhile lol) mentioned that before with the TR release when the topic of B2Ming LE packing and not wanting to came up lol.

Yup, the only thing on there were the Ads they always send

DarkAngel8595 call Macys and tell them you never got the package. If they can't replace it at least get a refund. That happened to me once on a Macys order and they sent me a new item.

I'm gonna wait till tomorrow. I know they won't be able to replace them.....as long as I can get the money back I guess I'll be happy.....ish.

Would you happen to know of any comparison swatches? I ordered BGGG but I want to know if there are any dupes in case I use it all and I'm not able to BU. So far I've seen Ginger and now Coppertone.

Here's my two cents:

I LIVE in Coppertone and Gingerly blush. I've had both for years and know them very well. Have not worn BGGG yet but in the pan seems more similar to Gingerly than Coppertone. Coppertone and Gingerly are not dupes of one another so I can't see how they BOTH can be dupes of BGGG. It has to be one or the other. They are both gorgeous though.

I tried TTT last night. On it's on even with my lips well primed and smooth it applied less than stellar, but with the Nude tip it applies perfect. Nude looks ok on me solo....not amazing but not bad. Feels like butter going on. So glad that I'll have a bu of it when my package finally arrives from my angel. Thought I'd have a bu of TTT but I was wrong. It's actually not a bad thing though. Although I like the color I don't think I really needed a bu. I have 2 FOD's (one I finally listed in my clearance bin because I felt like I was hoarding lol). Although they aren't they same color they are both vampy enough to get me through a long time. That alone with my recent lip tars will have me in a pretty vampy place. All this talk about Prince Noir though has me wanting that one pretty bad lol

The lighting is horrible but that's WTC with a dark brown liner (sorry can't remember the name) I don't think it's terrible on me. It's not my fav but I will definitely wear it out. I will continue to experiment
