Very pretty. I got the original riri and never used it more than once. GrrrLadies! Nyx maison is a good dupe for the riri nude lipstick I'm so glad I got it. Only $6 too
i just bought the OCC pencil two weeks ago, and I had TTT l/l and THREW IT AWAY BY ACCIDENT! so god bless lmao. it was still in the box, i threw all the boxes out and THOUGHT i emptied them but i couldn't find the liner later soDunno if it was posted already but OCC's Black Dahliia pencil is a dupe for TTT l/l
Some of us have tried putting a nude creamy color underneath it. Maybe that will help. TTT is very hard to work with. I'm considering selling mine.:new: Does anyone have a good tip on how to make TTT lipstick work? I've never even worn it out of the house because it always ends up a patchy mess on my lips. I love the color and would really want to be able to actually enjoy wearing it. I'm used to matte and retro mattes lipsticks. I wear them most of the time but this one is a real challenge. I'm already putting prep & prime lip base underneath. Any other ideas? Sorry if that has been asked before
What's worked for most is applying RiRi Nude (or another similar shade) as a base and then applying TTT. Might try applying with a lip brush too to see if that helps. The RiRi Nude method works for me and I recall others on this thread saying it worked for them:new: Does anyone have a good tip on how to make TTT lipstick work? Thanks, girls! The only nude lipstick I have is Viva Glam II which is matte..maybe not the best choice but I will try that first and then maybe get a creamy nude shade, too. have you tried a lip scrub (any one--even a homemade one with olive oil and brown sugar) to get rid of the dryness? Afterwards put a light balm like babylips or prep and prime then apply the lipstick. Also @liba posted a great tip somewhere in this thread about applying it to the underside of the top lip to remedy the patchiness on the bottom lip...hope that made sense lolJust realized Viva Glam II is a Satin.. tried the combo and it does work a whole lot better! I could actually leave the house like this. VG II makes it look a little more brown but if I find a good nude shade to layer it with I have my solution. Tried putting chapstick on top already.. didn't help unfortunately. I have rather dry lips, though so it just smudged the color around and enhanced dry patches on my lips.
I have scrubbed my lips but it didn't help enough to make it look nice and even. Putting a nude lipstick underneath definitely got me better results. I will try liba's advice, too. I think I get what you explained. Thank youhave you tried a lip scrub (any one--even a homemade one with olive oil and brown sugar) to get rid of the dryness?
