Oh God lol... I can see it now... me fumbling with bottles and toys with one hand and baby on the hip biting my other hand. This will be my first so I have no expectations. Jesus be a pack'n'play lol!

I placed an order for a CP for someone, got a confirmation number and everything, but no email and no order shows in my history and no money taken out. That's a first! Too bad i didn't record the number cuz i went on to placing another CP.

Oh no, that really sucks.

I was in and out in 5 mins and my mouth was open the whole time with shock at how smooth the process was. I was actually thinking to myself hmm they (Mac) must've fixed their issues/had a gigantic inventory. Thennnnn I came on here and saw it all unravel. Boy was I wrong!!

Me too. I was in shock the whole time I went in 11:57 got in at about 12:05 got everything I wanted and 12:08 I was out. I was expecting the usual 3 hr wait. I thought they upgraded the system as well and I came on here and see that everything had sold out so qucik.

Me three, i was mad hyped like OK they done finally stepped their game up. Especially since I was able to do 2 orders back to back. Then the complaints came rolling in.

I am so trying this combo today, it's gorg! I don't have cherry but I'll improvise.

I decided to leave Mac alone for a while after the Rihanna drama this summer, where some of our orders were cancelled bc the link was available for us to purchase the lipsticks early.....as if that were our faults. I'm glad I branched out to other brands such as Chanel and Dior. The only reason I purchased riri woo today was bc my sister and friend each wanted one and wouldn't have been able to get on a computer at 12. I don't miss MAC and their limited edition nonsense at all. Sorry to the ladies who weren't able to pick up anything today.

I don't blame you I've backed away (slowly lol) from buying so much from them anymore. Not that they care. But we end up putting too much time and energy into this stuff. Isn't getting makeup supposed to be fun, not stressful.

,the black one, and Bang Bang as well! They're so worth it! I already have By Starlight and Summer. What we need to do is have someone do a a group CP to save on shipping. It seriously only costs $2-3 (depending on how many lippies) to ship a small bubbler in the US. That way you aren't spending $7 on just 1 or 2 lippies for shipping. I've been thinking about that ever since they first launched.

Thats an awesome idea. I know it sounds lame but shipping cost sometimes keep me from buying a lot of things just because I know it doesnt cost that much!

I decided to call and complain about this, found out there was 75 PB for Canada from the phone sales girl. then I talked to some guy at a different extension(who could not speak clearly at all. arg.) Basically told him that stuff selling out that fast was ridiculous and basically asked if they did it on purpose to say they sold out in x number of minutes and that it makes people not want to deal with them at all. Then I brought up the arbitrage it causes(the demand exceeds the amount supplied and allows people to sell for massively inflated prices on ebay, much like ticket scalping). He told me I could go to a department store. I told him so I have to go an hour or so before they open to get one of the 3 they might have for sale.

good luck! Sometimes talking to people is infuriating... more infuriating than that waiting room.

I wonder if it's MAC themselves selling this stuff on ebay. They know good and well they couldn't list those products for those prices on their site...there would be outrage and a mass exodus; but I'm sure they know some people will resort to ebay and pay inflated prices.
