cause that site has been having issues. it was a hot mess during the fall collection. had certain lipsticks as available and then canceling them a few days later.

Thats actually pretty sad. People are going to be standing in the cold waiting to hear that their lipsticks have been sold to people who called days before and only 6 people! IT might happen like last time when they were on hold and the costumers were so angry they had to just start opening up peoples bags that had the items in it and just selling them.

I called the store I'm going to and she said they are not holding any items. Had to call to make sure because I will not stand outside the store for no damn reason lol

Yeah girl, I'm totally with you. I called two weeks both stores and counters, and they told me they weren't doing any pre-sale/holds, and then just for giggles (lmao) went to the store and counter, chatted with the SAs that all know me and they were like "yeah girl, we holding items!!!!" uh...lmao.

When I went to the macy's counter, they told me they had been holding stuff for a whole week already, WTF! I was so angry because I know the manager there, thankfully she wasn't around or else...ahaha, but now I realize...she only had six...lmao, I got 3 TTT for the fall launch...! Now I know why they were out of the damn lipsticks...6 each?!?! That's a fuc**** joke right there! Damn it MAC! Get y0 sh*t together!!!!

I called for shits and giggles and both the stores by me said absolutely not! The SA I spoke to says if her manager finds out about any pre sales someone would be in hot soup because they are strictly enforcing it. Except the mac by me has 18 Pleasure bombs!!!! And 12 BgRr!! It's a damn shame that that number is a decent amount.

Right this person joined today never posted at all before and is giving opposite info from what everyone who spoke with cs is saying just seems a little suspicious to me.

sorry i was just trying to help those who were not getting a notice and i was relating info i got from a director of beauty dept..

whether all the info is correct or not.....the mix up is WHY some ppl have not recieved no shipping notice at all and including me....so like i did make clear ; Some will get what they ordered ...and some may not.....so the info is the same....plus CS will tell you what they see on the screen when they talk to u about your order.....but i spoke with someone who dug deeper.....so again sorry if i scared anyone.
