what? wait? you put cream blush on Before you put on foundation? I don't own any cream blush at all but am so tempted by some of them that it drives me insane.... Wouldn't putting on foundation afterwards smear it all over the place? Do tell please....
Honestly, it was easier than I could ever have imagined. I should have asked Erine for an instructional but I'm very impatient, had two new Chanel blushes that I
wanted to try, so I first played around with my MAC cream blushes. I first applied my CC cream and then the cream blush over it with my # 130 brush. I've also
used my #128 duo fibre brush to apply the cream blush with one side and stipple and blend with the other. I guess you should use the brush feels comfortable to
you. I didn't worry about being precise with the blush because I know I'll be putting foundation over it. I used my # 190 foundation brush to apply Chanel Perfection
Lumiére liquid foundation. I put it all over and blended it and covered the blush last. It was super easy. I was initially concerned about moving the blush around by
that didn't happen because I stippled and then blended lightly. HTHs!

Oh I'm positive that they do! Pretty sure they have them anywhere that MAC has a large following...they probably wish it was easier to ID everyone based on their name on here and their info with MAC lol
They should understand THEIR link then

They act like someone else coded that darn link! The orders came through their site because of their link - period.

Rosy Glow the bright candy hearts pink single thing that came out last year or the Rosy Nude Glow Paradise Duo thing? I have the candy heart pink thing that supposedly adjusts to your skin chemistry to give you a perfect just pinched look : http://www.sephora.com/rosy-glow-healthy-glow-awakening-blush-P303803?skuId=1391564 the Dior thread seems to be looking at the blush bronzer duos from the Nude collection....

TY elegant one! Every time I have seen you and others rave about rosy glow I tell myself it is the one I have but I got confused when I looked at dior thread. Whew one less for me to lemming tho the coral one is pretty and if I see it in person I might pick it up. It looks to be sold out at sephora :C

Oh wow...I know the drier texture of the mattes in general make them more prone to breaking but not sure if that's the case with yours. Hopefully it will be alright though. I know melting them down to palette form may not be something a lot of people want to do but it's an option...especially if you have any portable lip palettes lying around (like an old holiday MAC one that you used all of the lippies out of or know they are old and need to be cleaned out). Mattes can be melted down without the formula being ruined. Just an idea out there for anyone with a broken lippie. (Especially those of us with broken RiRi lippies that are being replaced...if MAC doesn't make us send them back in to them then I'll probably melt it down...I'm really not opposed to applying with a brush...I do that with all of my kit lipsticks anyway)
You don't have to melt them at all. I just scoop the whole lipstick onto a mixing palette, cut and smoosh it up with a spatula until its smooth and mushy enough to just scoop and flatten it into a lip palette.

if we have BO's should we store the in the fridge indefinitely??
They don't need stored in the fridge at all. :nope:
Oh I know a lot of people store them upside down and have only heard one person mention they could dislodge. I'm saying I did not do anything that could remotely make it dislodge. It didn't actually break off. It dislodged itself about 1" out of the container to where it is almost all the way out. I had to twist it all the way up to see why it wasn't going back down. I don't apply my lipstick w/ it twisted all the way up. Just enough for the slant to cover my lips is all. No idea how it became dislodged being stored in the upright position. It's like the product was loosely placed into the bullet.
Mattes and retro mattes are more likely to do this because of the dryer nature :(

Yup! Works with powder blushes too!
has MAC been doing anything about the lipsticks being broken off of the twister??
Broken off or broken out of? If it broke (pulled) out of the twister, the new one may be likely to do the same. Just an FYI.
Its like putting your bra on over your t-shirt so your boobs look better :dunno:
