I received my order yesterday, but my RiRi Boy had that white stuff on it. I also ordered Viva Nicki lipstick and that one was lumpy. I know it's not that big of a deal, but I gave them my perfect money so I want a perfect (or darn near close) product. They quickly supplied me with a shipping label to return them and they are sending me out new ones.

Okay, now I am in the right thread...
Well, my HEAUX arrived today. With it arriving later in the day with this heat, I was pleasantly surprised it had just a little bit of sweat/wax and looked to be in good condition. So I thought. I let it cool down for awhile before trying it on with Vino lip liner. Anyways, everything was okay when I put on the first layer or so making sure not to press too hard. When I went to go over it one last time, I noticed the lipstick was leaning in the tube. Uh oh! I screwed it all the way up to try and correct/inspect it and SNAP! Broke right at the base. *smh*
Sadly, I was prepared for this possibility. I have NEVER had a brand new MAC lipstick just break like this before. Such a clean break too. :/

Happened with my RRB upon arrival (didn't try to put it on). Sorry it happened to you but it does seem like far less people are having trouble than before.

Yeah, seems as if everybody's was messed up at one point but sadly it is still happening.
The color itself is nice but not life changing. I do like it because I don't have anything quite like it. I had swatched it next to Burberry's Bright Poppy, Nars' Damned and MAC's Rebel and Absolute Power. Heaux kind of looks like if Rebel and Absolute Power mated with a retro matte finish. It is lighter than Poppy and slightly lighter and less purple/ more red than Damned.

I'm wearing RiRi Boy for the second time today and I'm starting to really appreciate it. I love it with bold eye makeup. First it was a bit boring compared to some of my other purples, but I think those would be too much with these eyes (not that this combination is something everyone would wear during the day
).

Absolutely stunning Pinkdollface! I love the looks you post. I have to say, although I adore all 3 lippies from the collection, Riri Boy is my fave .

I called MAC this morning. The girl I talked to was nice and understanding. They are sending me out a replacement on 2nd day shipping. I should receieve it no later than Tuesday. She did suggest to wait a at least 24 hours before even opening up the lipstick but I had planned on doing that anyways. Lol! She Also said if I have a problem with the new one then don't hesitate to call back. I also asked if she knew if Riri Boy and Heaux would be available at counters in October. She said things could change but at this time there are no plans for a counter release.
