Saggy breasts caused by bras?

Champion makes very supportive shelf type sports bras. The density, firmness or rate of drop is mostly inherited. Breastfeeding will not make breasts sag according to Kapiolani Woman Magazine (a health publication distributed in Hawaii). Yoyo dieting and gaining will cause more droop.

As someone with a very large bust (g cup) i think this article is utterly ridiculous. The only time i am not in a bra is when I am in the shower. I am incredibly uncomfortable when I don't wear one and I just feel gross. Besides, I can't even imagine how low they would hang at their size if I didn't wear a bra 24/7 since age 17 or so.

My sister is also busty (ff) and sleeps and lounges without a bra when in the house. Yeah, her boobs have always been saggier than mine.
