i'm sorry some of you have been having trouble getting the lipstick from the FV store, i would try and help you guys get it but i already got 2 (my bf was with me) and i don't think it'd be possible for dj to get me another one.
this is just another example of how inconsistent MAC can be (i.e. their b2m policies). i think MAC as a company just needs to get their ish together. i mean seriously how long could it possibly take for corporate to get back to FV about the email? AND the manager at Plaza Bonita is honoring it, if the managers at FV had any brains at all, they would just give their customers the damn FREE lipstick.
Seriously, they're just making themselves look like the ass b/c even if corporate is taking long to get back to them, 1. it's called customer service, customers who are coming in with the email and putting up a fight OBVIOUSLY love MAC and have spent money with them before. 2. they know plaza bonita is honoring them. And by giving customers a hard time, they're just gonna drive away customers to purchase their items from plaza bonita from now on. 3. even if it is fake, they won't be the only ones in trouble since plaza bonita's taking it. AND they're not exactly losing any money seeing as how they're giving the lipstick away for FREE anyway AND they have ALOT left.
All in all, FV is causing themselves more problems by not accepting the damn email.
