Totally! If MAC sent this email how can they reject it if they have a big box full of them? I'd give out the lipstick and check later. I don't think its very good customer service to turn someone away if they have an actual printout that says YOU GET A FREE LIPSTICK. It's so disappointing and upsetting.

My friend in San Diego was able to get the lipstick with no problems w/ the e-mail and she wasn't in the system. I am so excited! Woo-hoo!

She got it yesterday around 6:30 pm. I seriously think that if she would have waited one more day that it wouldn't have happened.

ok the manger of the National City store just called me and toled me that they are taking the email and when i toled her that fashion valley are not she said that they should not do that , so she toled me to call them back and she give me there mangers names and toled to let them know that i spoke with her and tell them that the email is send from the C office and there is no need to reject people like that , so i a called back and spoke to there manger and she said that she was off yesterday and blah blah blah
but if you want to come in i will except your email invitation for now until we look in to it .
i am not going there even if she toled me that , they are just lost and every one is telling me a different story , i am soo angry now ahhhhhh!!

I gather that we are better off heading to NC even if its 15 mins more of a drive than to FV for me at least. I don't like the people at FV anyway. They are never sweet. And I have only been there twice. heh.

i agree the manger of the NC store is soooo nice and she even apologized for the misunderstanding but for me is an hour drive , i do not think i am going to be able to go there , with the gas prices now
