Crow cosmetidcs is actually a locally made makeup here in Boca, the stuff is amazing because you only need a tiny bit to cover such a huge area, and it's sooo smooth and silky.The woman who makes it, I think, is going to be putting up a website very soon, keep an eye out! I didn't have a base when wearing this makeup, but I normally use Cetaphil moisturizer for normal skin.
