I just want to say that I loved pink sand, it dried on my hand, it is definitely a bit sheer, pink/gold color. And I don't even wear cream blush. I think it will be pretty as a highlighter over another blush, depending on your skin tone.

I'm eager to try it Ernie.

screen shot of some comparison swatches of TF Pink Sand and Guilt...These swatches were done by T, but shared on a Sephora community thread. She gave Guilt an A, but she gave Pink Sand a B??? :dunno: what's been up with her reviews? I have not been trusting her opinions as of late...

Interesting.

I'm going to go with the fact that, for her, Pink Sand never full dried down. That will knock a score down. Additionally, it might have to do with what the claims were for each product. So, even though the swatch looks nicer for the cream blush-- if they had longer wearing claims or claimed it to be a certain opacity level-- the score would then be affected by how it actually wore/looked.

I think they're both pretty products! I don't take her reviews as gospel and I'm still ordering the creme blush! it looks tooooo beautiful to pass up!

I agree. I recall though Erine stating that the blush dried on her hand..guess we won't know how the product works on us individually until we get it! And boy am I excited to get my hands on it :eyelove:

As we have hashed over many times. Reviewer is their opinion of a product. Not to be taken to be without bias. As in I would never wear orange lipstick. hence if I was reviewing it, I would not be jazzed up for it. But for others orange lipstick looks great. Form your own opinion, and go from there. How many reviews have stated clearly there were issues with the product, yet others never had the same issue? I love the Chanel quint with the purple/bottle green/yellow/off white/black. But this reviewer hates it. That is why we have many options to select from. What works for one, might suck for another.

Just got an email from my TF counter at home that they got the collection in. It seemed to be an automated message. I texted my SA to find out if it's true! I still haven't pre-ordered anything. Waiting on my birthday this saturday for some gift cards. :)

I'm aware of all you stated above :) I was voicing my thoughts on this matter. In the past, I have agreed with 99% of her opinions after having tested out the products on my own. As of the past year, I cannot say that has been my experience with her reviews. Possibly due to life changes/growth that have caused my views to differ from hers. Whatever the case, there is a bounty of beauty products to choose from. For the record, I could care less what blogger, celebrity, family member, or my BFF likes or dislikes as it pertains to most things in life! As long as I'm happy with it and it doesn't harm a soul, life is good for me ;)

I just called my local counter, she said they are expecting the shipment in a week!!!!! She said pre sales at many locations are REALLY high and that most of the collection will sell out before it even hits the counters. I was bad and ordered online and in store :eek:hboy:
