I'm so glad you're doing well Yazmin. This is no walk in the park as they say. Knowing what we can and cannot tolerate seems to
work for both of us.

I'm much more immunologically sensitive it seems---it cost me a 6-month hospitalization, coma and life support. I take no risks.
El Hubs says my job is staying well. He never wants to go through that again, nor do I. I just pay close attention to my limitations,
go to the dentist every 3 months and live within minutes of our hospital and my specialists, whom I also see every 3 months.
That's so scary Meddy! Your husband is 100% correct- staying well should be your number one priority. (With a make-up enthusiasm close behind!)

Oh Ash----my TF eye brushes arrived. I haven't yet tried them----I need to wash them first but I think I'll really enjoy them. I'll get the Smokey Eye & Crease brushes next. I would have ordered them yesterday but Miss Monsy said I needed to get Chanel Eau Fraîche first, so I ordered that instead of the brushes.

Thank you, I will try those. So far I've tried UDPP, TF's eye primer and MAC Paint pot. I'll keep trying!
I tried the UDPP, TF, FACE Stockholm, Smashbox-- and then I tried Laura Mercier Eye Basics in Linen-- and its my HG. I don't have oily lids but I have pigmented lids and eye circles with fair skin. A tiny dab on each lid, spread it out and every eye shadow you wear looks great. I can wear a more wide range of colors and branched out from the cool shades to the Shu Palette which is neutral warm, thanks to that eye base-- love it. BTW: I did get Nude Dip and my opinion is it's not a standalone palette. It's an accent palette. I also got Lavender Lust which is my favorite eye palette of all time. I could wear it practically every day I love it so much.

I really love it, Meddy. If TF made a cream -glitter combo in any of those shades, I would have to get it. It's awesome. I am also using my Shu Palette and trying the Chanel new bronzer stick with a Nude lip-- i've never worn warm e/s, any bronzer or Nude lip but you gals have given me the idea to try them. I've always been pale skin, deep lips and defined eyes-- but now I am experimenting.

When I was born my older sister got the chicken pox when I was about a week old. Then my older brother got them, then I got them. Even though I was being nursed and my Mom had chicken pox when she was a child. My case was really mild. As in I had maybe 3 poxes on me. When I got baptized and the priest lifted up the gown to make the sign of the cross on my heart, there was a lovely pox. Then when I got to college there was an outbreak of chicken pox. I had to have a blood test to see if the my episode as a newborn was enough to keep from getting these again. It was, so I got to avoid the shot. But I did get Whooping Cough. Since they had stopped giving babies the vaccine when I was born. But in college, germs and viruses are everywhere!!!!
Wow Chicken pox are the worse !!!! My nan had it near her eye when she was a young child the poison from it made her go blind So lucky not to get it again but gees shingles is so bad in a adult Hubby got that about five years ago Doc passed it off as cold really bad cold Three days later a purpley rash appeared half way round his waist and back like a tyre I made him go up docs with that as I thought it may of been menegitus sounds stupid but that rash was bad like purple bruised all way round My he doc saw him he said another 24 hours or less u be deadwe looked at each other and thought sht Lots of antibiotics was given too and cream Whooping cough is the worse though gosh Hun Glad you got over that that's lethal xx

just catching up now
That's the new YSL primer---cool looking right? I just put it on and its obscenely smooth and my Chanel Perfection Lumiére Velvet looks even more flawless than
usual. The pink YSL compact is the new Touche Éclat’ Blur Perfector, which I'll be trying today too. Not shown in this haul that you asked about, the MAC scent
Fix+. I did get the Rose and the Lavender and I like them both but the Lavender is my fav.

I agree, kinda....I would go for the cream foundation, check, and bronzer in that order. Since the bronzer to me is kind of a one trick pony. As in using bronzer or setting powder. The others are more multi taskers. At least for me.
Ooooo what would you say that the cheek was used for then ? I mean as you had mentioned this as a multi takd x

I always forget about LMercier. I think I may have a sample of that primer somewhere. I have to go look now...thanks for reminding me!

Yes, always get multiple opinions when possible. Doctors are human, not infallible, and even specialists in the same field don't always agree on a course of action. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out a problem as well. Educate yourself and ask questions, you are your son's best advocate!
As one of my professors always said "It is called the practice of medicine" because we don't know all.....

When I was 13 every other month I would get HORRIBLE lower right side pain right at the McBurny point. My parents would haul my butt to the ER since it was the worse in the middle of the night. Each time, the staff would whisper to each other "probably an atopic pregnancy." I was still playing with Barbie's, kiss a boy oh gross!!!! They would send me home. After the ultrasound. Finally at 16 my mother demanded they go in and see what was going on. Turns out my appendix was wrapped around my right ovary like a rubber band. When I would ovulate from that side, it would be so taunt nearly squeezed the ovary to death. So bite me, comes to mind when the medical world blows off women.
