I just been on flight from uk to us and they class anything liquid to be out into a see through airport bag Such as mascara and liquid eyeliners hope this helps . I didn't need to put my tom ford you know the summer pallete and small bronzer in a bag . So that was ok . I remember putting all make up in a see through airport bag in feb 2012 months after sept 11 as they wanted all make up in see through bag and it wasn't allowed to be filled up lol so there's me with four make up see through bags lol. I always remember that me sorting through it all at airport and hubby going mad saying how much make up does one need lol and him saying it needs to be spaced out in the bags lol and not over filled to the top ( idea was they could see it clearly and close bag )Quick question. Travelling tomorrow and I'm going to try and put my luggage in the carryon for the first time. Does mascara, liquid/cream shadows, liquid eyeliners, cream liners count as liquids and need to go in the 1qt sized bag? And as I type that I realize they are liquids and creams, I just wonder how technical they are. Dammit, I just thought of something I forgot.
ahhh, I thought you could only have 1, one qt bag?I remember putting all make up in a see through airport bag in feb 2012 months after sept 11 as they wanted all make up in see through bag and it wasn't allowed to be filled up lol so there's me with four make up see through bags lol. In my experience, UK - specifically Heathrow, are sticklers about this, but it's never been a problem anywhere else I've traveled into/out of.I just been on flight from uk to us and they class anything liquid to be out into a see through airport bag Such as mascara and liquid eyeliners hope this helps . I just use two see through bags I usually do !!!! But then again we don't go through normal security Hun we do usually go through the fast security check for business class Hun as we travel business . But then again we did go through normal security where everyone goes and having to wait flaming ages it that's when we flew economy or was late I cannot remember But yer I used two see through bags and I'm in the us now Heathrow the worse for it terminal 5 lol Orlando international is ok untill hubby has to get out all the devices again and they also ask did you need all this tech with u lol And is this all yours pmsl We look at them like to say er yes this is all his lolIn my experience, UK - specifically Heathrow, are sticklers about this, but it's never been a problem anywhere else I've traveled into/out of.
That's why you pack everything in your case if it's over the certain amount But if your only having a carry on bag for your holidays ( we usually do to geneva ) obviously you buy the little travel sizes to put in your case As it's carry on and not going into the hold Anyhow talking about going into the hold omg I have so much to bring back with me that can break I just got to wrap everything up We usually ok as usually have bottles to bring bk in case this time we don't as we didn't get no drink from uk duty free. I have my jo Malone candle to bring bk but that's nicely in a boxSince I live on the plane, here is what I have found. Everything has to be placed in a clear ziplock bag. If an item has more then the ounces allowed PER item, they will toss. As in creams for your face, cleanser, toner, etc. I use the little tubes from Chanel you get as samples. The huge jar of the Armani new foundation will not go through. The one that costs 200.00 can't remember the name. For perfume, again the sample size. So far I have had no issues with eyeshadows, blushes, lipsticks, etc. I also carry them in my purse, not my carryon suitcase. Remember Armani Maestro does have issues in exploding when in flight. Not all the time, but they have exploded. I put that in a bag onto itself. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner bring sample sizes, hand cream too. I doubt you will need to haul what I do, since hopefully you are going where they have soap and running water. Not the creek or lake nearby.....the Mac brush cleaner is a no go, too big of bottle. Again doubt you would bringing that....
The itty bitty plastic bottles of Chanel makeup remover are good too but they also need to go in the clear plastic bag. I hoard those for travel!!!Since I live on the plane, here is what I have found. Everything has to be placed in a clear ziplock bag. Pretty, the best thing to do is go on the web sites of the airports you're flying from and to---they have all regulations posted. At least that will remove the guessing and you can fly w/o worry.ahhh, I thought you could only have 1, one qt bag?
