Visuals you HATE and visuals you LOVE.

Recently I have not liked alot of the visuals. I dunno what's up with MAC, there have been such fantastic ones in the past. Here are recent ones I have not liked at all:

-Jewelescent.
-Danse.
-Balloonacy.
-Tendertones.
-I sort of like Moonbathe, but not too much.
-C-Shock.

I LOVED:

-MAC Couture.
-MAC ICON: Raquel Welch.
-Barbie Loves MAC.
-Glam Gams.
-Sunstrip.

I reallly hated balloonacy.

I loved Strange Hybrid and Balloonacy I loved the weirdness of it.
Hated absoluted hated Amuse last year everytime I say that pic I was totally put off by the collection and that is probably why I did not buy any of it until I found the skinfinishes for under retail on ebay.

Balloonacy ( I hated this one. The woman in the promo looks like this crazy lady who goes to my gym. If you make the mistake of accidentally making eye contact with her, she will talk at you for hours about the weirdest shit! Now I refer to her as "Balloonacy". As in, "DH watch out, Balloonacy at 3 o'clock. Don't make eye contact." I think it is a fitting name for her as she is a wee bit looney!)

It's the promotional picture that accompanies a collection. =) Like your icon is one. I think it's for Fluidlines, Glitter Eyeliners, or Liquidlast Liners, not sure though.

Balloonacy sucked....I hated her "hair" hat , that was so ugly.
High Tea,Femme Noir, Barbie, are my all time favorites.
Most of them are so BORING nowadays...

it was so funny at the time.

I can imagine what kind of chaos would ensue if I tried to replicate that look. That look would be:

1. Smear eye area with EZR
2. Close eyes
3. Throw glitter at eye area
4. Spray with Fix +

I see that ending with glitter in eyes, all over bathroom and probably covering a cat or two.

I agree, I think recently MAC has been trying to make their visuals more avant garde or high fashion or whatever, so the models always have messy eyebrows and spilled eyeshadows D: I prefer the cleaner, more hyper real ones...I loved C-Squeeze, Zoom Lash, Red Haute, Fluidline and the '05 Lusterglasses.
