im applying for a new counter opening in my city i will have my 6 months under my belt so i can start applying for other open positions yay im excited!!
Hey, I actually interviewed with Homa too when I lived in Baltimore. On my 3rd interview, I interviewed with the store manager for Towson, they ended up hiring someone else. A week or two later, Homa called me to say that a different store manage (in Columbia) wanted to interview me. That was the store I ended up working at. I think if you've gotten this far, you're set. Even if this location doesn't choose you, you're obviously a top pick for mac.I have my fourth interview with a counter manager and my nerves are completly wrecked rightnow. I think its because this is the determining interview, at least i think it is. If the manager doesnt want you at their location, are your chances of working for MAC completly shot? I've been calm with every other interview...even the one with Homa [she's really nice, if i might add], but for some reason i just cant get my mind off this one... What kind of questions should I expect? Is there a demonstration involved? Uhhh!!! Please Help all you Wonderful MAC Artists

Sooooooooooooooooo....I got a call from the regional hiring manager today as promised if I passed my demo. I missed her call but she left a message saying I passed my makeup demo but there are currently no perm positions available in the city. She told me to give her a call on Tuesday when she would be back at the training facility to discuss freelancing. She said she would let me know when a perm position came up in the city. So I guess I'll be freelancing for now. So happy and excited!!! So grateful to God for the opportunity.
