I was thinking that the swatches of clarins Lilac pink ls were a little bit different for me - not quite as light pale lilac pink as I was hoping, but the color is still really pretty.
Oh, pfft...my armani order - delayed by fedex they say because of the weather in TX - what the heck - still??? When I called the 800 number the automated said it was still scheduled for delivery today, by late in the day I figured something was wrong so I called again & they said no delivery until Tuesday
I didn't know that fedex doesn't work on mondays????

My hair actually isn't bad - it's a good cut, it's just that he whacked the back of it off after I've been growing it for 6 months. And the color is ok - I actually got compliments today at the mall......so I guess he's got a reprieve. He's quite aware that I was miffed - knowing him he'll not charge me for my next visit (he's the salon owner). I came home and washed/dried it and it looks pretty decent...
Anyway, in other news, I picked up a couple of things today - my 2 Boy lipsticks, Mating Call and Paparraz-she shadows, and the Golden Lariat MSF. I also got Heroine, and was quite surprised at how well I like it on - Marajode, I see what you mean! It's quite a complex color......
I wish my Flaunting It would get here - I had one, but I must have left it in the hotel when I was in NYC last month - grrrrrr - came home and couldn't find it. So I called the LV Pro store and they still had it - but that was almost 2 weeks ago, so I don't know where the package is (I also backed up Gulabi). I guess it's a good thing they make you sign for it, but without an order or tracking number it's impossible to know where it is. I'll have to call them to find out I guess.
I also got Lovely Rose CL blush - it's kind of pale, but very very pretty. Oh, and my Lilac Rose isn't as lilac-y either - more of just a shimmery rose color - pretty yes, a must-have, maybe not.
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, and Elegant, I hope the wine and movie are just the ticket to helping you get calm again.....hang in there!

I know I don't normally post here, but I have been lurking so that when I have a little bit of extra cash I can make my first Chanel purchase (I own a couple of glosses, and that's it!)

I can certainly understand you being so ticked about him cutting off more than you wanted! My hair grows about an inch a decade, so I'm uber sensitive to cutting too much I'm glad you are liking it better now. (and I can't get rid of the wonky spacing during my edit. This is the opposite of your professional-looking post, lol)

Cheryl, the Espiegle/PE combo was Megan's idea and I agree, it sounds great! I will definitely be giving it a try this week! And I can totally relate to your rant about your hair. I use to have a hair dresser that would cut off any growth knowing full well I wanted to grow my hair out.
Miss QQ, if I had to choose between MA and the G Blush, I'd definitely pick the G blush, it is seriously gorgeous!
