Chanel lipsticks - Rouge Coco, Rouge Allure, etc.

I think I still want all of the pink Coco Shines! I love it when I can slap on a lipstick in the car and not have to worry about liner, etc -- especially during summer (is spring or summer ever coming??)

And Elegant -- I am so excited to see all the Dior lipsticks. Your Clinique Chubbies are so cute!

I got the Lancome Love It! and Fleur de Lis lipsticks today (and I got 5 mini l/s with my order -- my girls are gonna be in heaven). I have never bought any of their prodcuts (just testing out one of their foundations right now) -- but I'll tell ya -- I am having major ADD right now with the makeup. I can't wait for the Coco Shines, the Chanel summer collection -- and I am scooping up all kinds of other stuff. I also have Bobbi Brown Blondie Pink, Blush, Lilac, and Bare Pink lippies that I want to go swatch, too. Good thing I need more lipsticks . . .

Bonitinha, I have Blondie pink, Bare Pink, and Lilac.. as well as a lot of other pinks from BB.. they are excellent products --

The Lancome line of ls is excellent also -- enjoy! and I am sure your girls will enjoy their minis too

I wore the Lancome foundations for a long time, and may go back -- right now my new/old tan is fading and the Chanel Beige Tendre is looking a bit dark so I had to mix with some of the Guerlain Parure and got a better match.. grr. I do hate going thru mixing matching especially when it's for a working day.

It might be heresy to say, that I might skip most of the RC shines -- they just don't have enough pigmentation for my taste.. and I can dupe this product with a good stain/ and a coloured balm on top.. it works cause I have been doing it for a few weeks already... not saying it's exact, dupes never are (dupes and dopes in that way are quite similar). But, I honestly think that I will get more from my RA and a soft semi shiny balm on top.

that said, I do already own the Dior ITPink, Backstage pink, GA 518, and a few Dior lipshines from last year which are great for summer -- the frenzy for shines will be done, over and out by September.

oh I also ordered a few of the Sheen supreme Ultra D, Red Tempt, and Intensely whatever.. lol... as well as a Shiseido which I love, Iron Maiden (I confess I got it for the name as I did not even know the colour..

HG -- good to see you!! Good to know that you love all of those BB lipsticks. I can't wait to go swatch away. I'm excited to try out the Lancome ones also. I am always on the hunt for the perfect foundation. I cannot believe in my late 30's that my skin is still oily. Drives me nuts. I think it is my saving grace, though, as to why all of the sun tanning from my teens hasn't showed up too much.
That Iron Maiden lipstick looks hot!! Wowza, gorgeous

Elegant -- Sabrina reviewed Blondie Pink on her blog a little while ago (a medium neutral pink -- kinda reminds me of MAC Patisserie in pics). Of course, I jotted it down on my "to get" list!! Yep -- I'll have to see all of the swatches of the Coco Shines when the bloggers get them. I know I'll have to get one or two -- but bummer they don't last too long. My girls will love the minis -- they love it when I get the mini MUFE lipglosses from Sephora. They take them right out of the bag and I never see them again LOL!

Bonitinha.. the Blondie pink is one of my staples for work.. it lasts a long time on my lips.

The RC shines while fashionably wonderful will work for me only if I use a lip stain below, and in truth I have so many products I can almost cook this up in my dressing room.

you will enjoy Lancome foundations.. most are quite good. Oily skin is a mixed blessing.. it will help you stay younger looking in the future... just use a mopper upper.. lol (one of my new creations for the future)... for now, a good oil absorbing powder will work well on you.

meanwhile enjoy your swatching.. and yes, I think I will enjoy rockin Iron Maiden !

Ooh... It's purple and it's called Iron Maiden... Although I have to say, Golden Dragon looks like it might be lovely as well... I don't think we have these in Canada yet. It should give me time to revisit what Shiseido's animal testing policy is again. For some reason, there seems to be no end of confusion surrounding them more than any other company.

Elegant- I've recently started dabbling my toes in Lancome and I've been impressed so far. I'm particularly fond of the matte lipsticks they have (there's a longer name, but I can't remember the whole thing). I picked one up and it has the best texture of any matte I've tried. I also really fell in love with their "Butterfly Ballerine" blush that came out with the Spring collection. Super light pink and lavender. Along the same lines as Prim & Proper beauty powder, but more of a blush than a highlighter (if you're pasty like me). I actually found two other colours that I liked yesterday, unfortunately, they're slightly different but have the same name. Not quite sure how that happens...

I'm off to try to find something to quell my stomach issues. I've recently been beset by all manner of intestinal troubles. As far as I can tell, I'm allergic to food. This sucks as a diet plan.

I have 4 of the Shiseido lippies and love them - I ordered Iron Maiden last week. I like these and the Diors better than any of the others I think.....I have several of the Dior colors from Sephora. I haven't yet tried the Clinique chubbies, but might.

It works. Yup, Iron maiden is the one on the promo pic model. But I'm not sure I can pull it off or reach for it often. I have my eye on a few of these.

I'm heading to the counters tomorrow and hopefully I get to see the new Dior Addict l/s.

Well I didn't know about the Chubbys till I heard you talking about them Elegant cause Clinque is not doing so much promotion on its make up line in here, so I might go and investigate a bit.

Soooo, we will have our RC Shines next Friday in the counters but I am afraid I won't be able to go till Monday, but I'll check on the website for any exclusive shade (if that's the case, although we are never that "special" to get anything in "exclusive"

).

Today is very cloudy and it has been raining all morning and the sad thing is, that I am surrounded by beautiful spring / summer make collections and I am not able to wear them

This is actually pulling me away from buying more vibrant colours ... for now, no ADD to MU!!

Cheryl -- so funny we all seem to be having ADD with makeup lately. I am flitting from one product to the next! I really think this gloomy and dreary weather we are having is making me restless.

MissQQ -- keep us posted on the Dior lippies. It seems to be the consensus that the Dior formula with the shiny lipsticks might be the best. I'm anxious to try them!

Elegant -- I obviously need to get one of those Shiseido blister packs! I think I want the light pink Chubby!

Almus -- have fun checking out the Coco Shines! We are having cloudy weather, too -- with a rain/snow mix. Whatevs -- I'm breaking out the spring clothes soon
