OK, I think I'm definitely going to have to get the EL bronzer. They do ship to Canada and they're pretty quick about it- I got the LE Bitten Fig lipstick from their site and was impressed at how little time it took. Of course, this week, I have the RC Shines on my list, plus I wanted to check out the Armani "Eyes to Kill" eye shadows, since I keep hearing about them.

oh I saw that bronzing powder and was quite impressed -- but I have quite a few similar to it in my ginormous stash.

as for the Bitten Fig.. I love it! I have the Fuschia too.. just gorgeous products ! I also got but haven;t worn yet, the Violet and Fire colours.. they are gorgeous pigmentation.

Regarding bronzers, I agree that MAC's Golden can be great for just a touch of natural looking color on fair skin. It tends to break me out though, compared with others I've tried.

Also thought Estee Lauder's Starfish was cute, but I've been so good waiting for Chanel's bronzers, what's a few more weeks? I did get the EL Bronze Goddess perfume, but was turned off by the really irritating EL saleswoman at Macy's so probably won't buy from there again. I hate it when they blather on about products I'm not interested in and then call me "honey" while I politely nod.

Not too long to wait now for the summer Chanel goods! I saw the Chance Rouge Coco Shine used in a tutorial on Youtube the other day, and it was a very pretty and fresh pink.

MAC's Golden is a very good product Strix.. I also like Laguna/Nars.. and saw the EL Starfish but passed as for my old weathery skin I prefer mattes.

I finally passed on the EL Starfish because the shimmer seemed to accentuate my pores. But it is darned cute!
I got Golden bronzer for my sis -- now I need to get one for myself.
Strix -- yes the EL always seem to push their skincare/ misc. items BIG TIME -- even if you're not remotely interested. But I have been hearing great things about their lipsticks and glosses -- maybe I'll give them a go . . .

Funny, in a bronzer, I prefer a little shimmer. I tested the EL bronzer and it seems perfect for me- pink enough that it won't make me look too orange or dirty. It's only in one store around here, so I assume they got an advance (like the Bay did with the RC Shines- no one else is getting it until late April).

[/quote] That's so weird, I cannot use the MAC bronzers, they all turn orange on me. Too bad about the EL bronzer being too shimmery, I will give it a swatch in any case. With dry skin a bit of shimmer is always nice.

It is a really pretty color -- you would probably love it! Since my skin is crazy oily, sometimes shimmer just exaggerates my pores unfortunately! It probably won't be too shimmery on you.

Ooooh -- I just saw Karen from Makeup and Beauty Blog review the new Dior bronzer. She reviewed the darker one, but I think the lighter one would be perfect.

^ Doesn't that Dior bronzer look luscious in the compact! Funny, she mentioned MAC Soft Brown es...I was just going to get that shade. Its a very pretty natural brown doe look color for the eyes.I can't believe I don't already own it.

^^ I wish I knew when the Dior bronzers were coming out! I use Soft Brown all of the time. Looks great to blend out a smokey eye. You probably already know this -- but I read that the Dior lippie that Kate Moss is wearing in the new Dior Addict ads is 578 Dior Kiss. Did you already get that one? I need it STAT!
