For me it started with Dragon. I love red lipstick and, in my opinion, Dragon is the very best. What really got me hooked though was last year's holiday collection. It was so gorgeous and suited me so well I haven't purchased make up from any other brand since then. Considering I'm already very interested in both the pre-Fall and Fall collections, I believe it's safe to say the trend will probably continue.

It's official: I am obsessed with Chanel. I am madly in love with the rose bronzer. Oh. My. Goodness. See, I have never been into cheek products. I am pretty pale, but I have very rosy cheeks. I never found any product that eliminated the redness without looking cakey, so I never use cheek products. Thankfully, I just found a foundation that covers it and it arrived with my bronzer. The bronzer is just amazing. It is glowy with just a hint of color. Love. I find myself wanting to do my makeup every day just to use it. It is such a soft powder too. Between the liner, bronzer, and Gardenia lipstick (plus my glossimer love), Chanel is my new obsession!

Same thing happened with me. I saw photos of Dragon and I just could not imagine ever finding a more perfect, intense red lipstick (with good reason- there isn't one). Now I'm desperately hooked.For me it started with Dragon. I love red lipstick and, in my opinion, Dragon is the very best. What really got me hooked though was last year's holiday collection. Lou - unfortunately Bird of paradise is a LE quad from 2 christmases ago so I think it is hard to find.
My usual counter sold out of both the bronzers when I was there yesterday. I was swatching Corail when the MA told me they were out of stocks. I'm wearing Mimosa and I'm pleased that the shimmers are slightly visible, not totaling undectable as what I read from some reviews.

yeah i have now realised this
it was on a uk site still but then when i went to add it to my bag it said it was sold out! this site seems to keep all the le ones online even though they are never going to be back in stock! such a tease right?!ah ok then - i shall try looking for some dupes instead

Count me in as a Chanel newbie brought in by the Summer 2011 collection. Eeek! I was tempted by the promo image and asked for some help with the colors at Macy's a couple of weeks ago. The MUA used the new foundation and I thought it was all right. Totally fell in love with Bronze Rose, Gardenia, Pink Peony, and Morning Rose. So, I walked away with those. I thought Lilium was, eh, kinda pretty, but nothing special. Used Bronze Rose, Gardenia, and PP nearly every day for two weeks, and realized that I should get a backup of BR. So I headed into Nordstrom Saturday morning, where the MUA asked if I'd like to sit and play, since she didn't have an appt. for quite a while. Apparently it was some BIG thing, and there were MUA down all of the walkways. We actually started from scratch, and the skin care stuff she used was really nice. I learned some new ways to apply eye creams and such, and she wrote it all down, but didn't push me to buy it. She used the Le Blanc Base under the Vitalumiere Aqua and I LOVED it! I already have an illuminating base (Smashbox sample), so I passed on the Le Blanc, but I can't stop thinking about it She used Lilium similarly to the way it's used in the video on the Chanel site, and I realized it's totally amazing! She put Rose Platine on my waterline and I was in love. Then she used a different blush than I have and the Bronze Rose, then Liberte shine and Aurore Glossimer. So, for my second purchase, I got the Vitalumiere Aqua, Lilium, Rose Platine (had to order for delivery), Bronze Rose (also ordered), and Aurore. Oh, and they were having a 3 for 2 special on mascaras, so I got Inimitable in black, waterproof, and purple. OUCH! But I so love all of them . . . I hope I don't love anything else for a long time! It helps that I'll be headed out of town for a month this summer, where I WON'T have access to a Nordies But I may have to go back for that Le Blanc Base next weekend (need to return ExfoliKate (sadly made eczema flare up), so I'll have a bit of a refund).

That's a rockin' haul you have there! I giggled when I read that you passed on Lilium the first time, then got it the second......this collection is excellent - everything is a winner!
The Blanc base is fabulous - I am about due for a refill - I hate that the bottle is so small! And yeah, trading 'up' from the ExfoliKate is a good deal....
