That is exactly what my lady said Cheryl. Wanna bet it was the same one? I thought the comment about France was confusing because I thought MissQQ mentioned something about these products being made in Italy, but maybe I'm not remembering that correctly.

^^ It probably was. She said she just got a 'sheet' on it, and read it to me.......I wouldn't place any bets on the timing, but I think it's safe to say it will be online. I'm just going to check as frequently as I can and hope for the best.

OK! Found someone with some information!

Shipping delays from France have caused a delay from the original 'go live' date of June 1. They are now expecting to go live ONLINE on June 29th, but I would start checking around the 15th, when stock is expected to arrive. Me, I'll be checking before that. Costs are as follows:

Topkapi quad: $65 USD
JCs (Rouge, Gold): $43 USD each
RA in Byzantin: $32 USD

Yayy! Thanks for the info! I'm definitely getting the red JC, still 50/50 on the quad, but I'm glad I'll have the option to get it!
So the fall collection is being released this month?
Hi Hun! Shypo posted that you can pre order at Nordies now & it will be available June 23. Hope I remembered that correctly

I have liked the pics of Quartz np as well. It looks like a more wearable taupe colour than some that have come out in the past. And that Rouge Allure Velvet lipstick is soooo pretty! Lovxe the colour combined with the texture. Perfect for fall with a nice cozy sweater (I really didn't want to type that seeing as summer has only just begun!).

The quad is made in Italy, l/s and blush is France.

Pleased to hear it will be online in end June! I'm wearing the blush now. I used a 188 and absent-mindedly brushed the powder forcefully. I'm used to baked JC that gets hard on the surface so I always use quite a lot of force. So quite a bit of fine powder came loose but luckily after some quick blending, I got a pink raspberry colour. The shimmers are visible, but after applying some loose finishing powder, they are more subtle. Love my first red blush!

I'm wearing a nude eye, Dior Iridescent Leather, just in case the look becomes too much.

MissQQ your look sounds awesome!! I know you don't typically like your Iridescent Leather, but I hope this gives you a way to get some use out of it. I know what you mean about colors being too warm sometimes. I'm so excited to get the blush, after wondering at first what in the world I would do with it!

Thanks for the info about where the products are made - they are possibly holding up everything due to some manufacturing issue in France with the blush. I'm a bit surprised that the blush isn't made in Italy too - no one does it like the Italians when it comes to powders.......

Winthrop, I cannot remember which brushes were in the kit, but I do remember the large face/powder brush, the 'typical' eye shadow and the slanted (eyebrow) brushes (but I don't know the numbers). I'll see if I can find out today which ones will be in there.

Nora, I laughed at your post - I am so totally wanting summer to hang around awhile.....last week Wednesday was a steam bath, and we were freezing Thursday during my son's graduation. A tornado struck Springfield, MA, about a 1/2 hour from where I live, and things cooled down considerably after that. Like overnight temps in the 40's!!!!! The tornado did quite a bit of damage, though nothing at all like in MO, and 4 people were killed. The weather has just been nuts. I hope it calms down for the rest of the summer. So many people have to get their lives back into some sort of order......

Happy Tuesday everyone -

^^ Thanks for the info. I didn't know Italy makes superior quality powders. The summer bronzers are made in italy, and some of the special LE highlighters I own are made in italy too. The red blush is wearable with a light hand. All of us can wear it! The weather is crazy. We have rain here everyday and on Sunday, it was so heavy that the town area was badly flooded and the ceiling of basement floor of a shopping mall collapsed. The stores suffered heavy losses and cars were stuck in the basement carparks. The cars were damaged after being soaked in the rain and needed repairs. Good thing I was affected and was able to go shopping on Sunday too.

^I hope you get some good weather soon! Its been ok here - no rain :)

I just rang a few other Chanel counters in London - the department stores have no idea about the collection and out of the 2 boutiques which I never rang yesterday one never picked up and the other has moved to a temporary location and have stopped selling makeup because of the move :/ I'm starting to feel like the odds of me getting the quad and JCs is slimming :(

Wow, crazy weather seems to be everywhere this spring. Cheyrl, I heard about the tornado in Springfield, I didn't realize you were so close. Scary stuff. When we were at Virginia Beach, there was a really severe thunderstorm that came in super fast. We saw the clouds coming in, but we were out on a pier, pretty far from our hotel. We started walking back as fast as we could, but with the little one's in their flip flops, it's hard. So before we made it back to our hotel, the storm hit really hard, the wind was like nothing we experienced before, my son and I had a really hard time keeping steady and the sand from the beach was getting blown around in different directions. My husband was holding my daughter and some folks at another hotel just yelled at everyone to run in for cover. My son's hat and DH's sunglasses got blown off their heads. The kids were hysterical and quite scared, what does my husband do? Ran back out for his glasses (someone else grabbed the hat)! At any rate, everyone was fine and the storm came and went quickly, but now my daughter is terrified of storms and doesn't want to see any news about tornados on tv.

Omg,I live a few miles from Springfield. It was so scary,I was right in the path of those tornados.I looked out my window and the sky was green, and then this weird yellow.I was watching on tv and couldn't believe my eyes. The destruction here is just crazy, the roof got ripped off a few places, buildings torn down,it was awful. It was like an f3-f4 tornado, and there were a few of them!My nieces' graduation was postponed because of it.Very scary.

I think the odds are pretty good that it will be online.....and I don't think they would leave Europe out of that opportunity........SOHO was available online when at first they were saying it was boutique only.

I'm going to keep checking the site, just in case something bizarre happens like the collection comes in - nothing like stalking!!!!

Nora, that sounds awful - storms are the worst. I used to live in Kansas and the tornado alarms seem to always come at night and we had to get in our basements. I was with friends in a boat in the middle of a huge lake when a thunderstorm came up, and I was sure I was going to die that day from a lightening strike. Alisha, I'm afraid of thunder too - I hate it. At my age! I still feel like I'm 5.
