Someone from Toronto just posted on MUA that they got a phone call saying that Byzantine/Byzance or whatever the heck it's called is at Chanel Boutique Bloor. My Saks counter said today that they don't think they'll get anything fall until sometime in July.

Hi Winthrop! I figured it would be the boutique in Toronto to get it. I'm pretty sure they were the only one's to get the khaki polishes and the same thing with Riva. Luckily, between the that and the Asia exclusive, I prefer the colours in the latter and that collection is at two counters, one of them 5 minutes away from my office! And the SA's at my counter are a lot nicer, lol!

Yeah I rang selfridges and they said call back just like the Chane boutiques :/ The MUA also said the collection is not coming out till the 20th but I've heard previously its released this wednesday so I'll hopefully confirm tomorrowDid you ring Selfridges? If you did, when you do it again could you please let me know what they told you? Thanks.

oh here we go again.. the Chanel circus is about to begin. Nobody knows anything, and if they know they won't say or tell us it's not until a different date.. this is insanity. I wrote Chanel CS just for a goof and because I will be travelling when this presumably goes public.. and got no reply.. I will wait till I am 100 and they still won't reply.

they hire the most nasty snotty and irksome people.. lol. just kidding.. their CS is miserable tho.

elegant - I forgot to reply to you. The gold JC, Or, is very shimmery when I swatched it, and the gold is quite yellow. The shimmers are fine. Gold Fever JC is a paler, less yellow gold. I think Or will look glamourous for evenings, with some over the cheeks and decolletage.
Nora - is the Le Blanc collection launching at the counter near your office? That's great! Tell us what you think of them when you see them. I feel an itch to pick up the quad now lol, but maybe it is sold out at my counter. I'll wait for you ladies' reviews and see.
