I need to go back to catch up, but just saw the pics of Plumetis. Thanks Elegant. I love it! Although, based on Sabrina's comparison swatches, it doesn't look a whole lot different than Stunning, perhaps a touch more peachy, and looks like it may be a bit more pigmented? But that Coralline l/l is looking like it would be really pretty with it. Not on the list, lol! If I put that on the list, something else has to come off...

Do we know which of the three polishes are permanent (if any)?

Elegant, I have a feeling that Etole won't be quite as rosy, but then again, with the liner I can see it looking the way it does on her lips.

I read a post on MUA where someone said they were told Quartz would be perm but from what I see on Chanel.com it looks like all 3 are LE?

I'm thinking the same thing. I think I can skip these because any of my lipsticks that tend to orange, brown, etc, look horrible on me. This will give me the opportunity to splurge on one of the cooler reds of Chanel that I need to go in and swatch at Nordie. The only browns I can wear are soft pink cocoa colours, like Chanel's Crazed.

Thanks for the prices Winthrop! As for the fall collection, Rose Cuivre and Etole are calling my name, but I fear they won't look nearly like that on me since I'm darker. I'm still debating on a red lippy to throw in my cart along with my Byzance stuff next week...something wearable and work safe. Any suggestions? Been eyeballing Talisman, Vendome, and Rivoli...hmm.

i'm ordering the quad this morning :) sadly i can no longer afford the blush or lippie but the quad was what i most wanted :) happy me! :)

The quad is definitely the stand out product from the Byzance collection!


I'm considering purchasing the spring quint, does anyone who has it feel the shadows are frosty? They seem frosty in some pictures I've seen but fine in others :S also are the shadows easy to work with?

i bought the quad and the lipstick. i put it on my credit card so i could get the lippie too. i'll pay it off next week so i don't feel too guilty :) yay! i'm excited!! mine will be posted the same day as your ones :) lets hope we get them together!

Thanks, I'm debating whether I should get it or not, I think I should ring up Debenhams and see if my loacal store has it in stock so I can use my £5 voucher on my beauty card

[/quote] It's definitely worth a try! I fell in love with it after seeing swatches and it looks really versatile plus some of the colours look similar to the new gel shadows which I don't think I'll be purchasing so it's a nice way to get some of the sameish colours for me

yes it's very exciting! :) i can't wait to do some pretty looks with the quad! i really don't need anymore brown shadows though. i have so many mac ones and my naked palette that i think nick will kill me if i buy anymore!

[/quote] I know exactly what you mean! Another naked palette owner here, and several Dior quints that are neutral but this is so limited and special you have to own it ;)
