Ladies congrats on your orders you wont be disappointed, I picked mine up today and I'm very happy, but couldnt get out the store without passing the MAC counter and getting 2 lipglosses.......I have no self control lol! Now I'm off to play

Because I am asking my friend for another CP so I want to tell her where to get it i wouldn't be put off by her reviews. i think this collection is the best mineral one yet. she doesn't like mineral shadows and i feel like she can't use an open mind when reviewing them.

I'm so excited! Just a few more days....
The Byzance JC Rouge is calling my name, but I don't know how long it would last on my oily skin. I swapped away all of my MAC blushes, and my NARS ones may go next. Only Tarte's stay on me for more than 4 hours. Have your JC's lasted well on your skin?

I just got back with my haul - I was a very bad girl. I got the quad, the JC, Quartz np, Plumetis RC, Pampille glossimer (
) and 3 of the Illusion d'Ombres in Epatant, Illusiore and Ebloui. These are gorgeous. I hope I like the application (they come with a little brush) and that they are not too sheer, but we'll see. The colors are drop-dead gorgeous. I had to leave Emerveille behind this time.....but I may end up with that one too if I like them.
I have the Anniversary items on hold too - another backup of Joyeuse, the glossimers, and 2 of the highlight powders, which are really, really pretty!!! I'll be getting that on July 5th if all goes according to plan. I am ultimately going to do some Semi Precious damage as well - I couldn't resist the MSFs, the blushes, the lipsticks, and a couple of the shadows. Oh, and the BRUSHES!! I'm going to try to whittle my list down if I can.....but the definite items are Pressed Amber blush, Gem of Roses l/s, Musky Amethyst l/s, One of a Kind l/s, and 3 of the MSFs. Yikes!

Wowza ladies! I am still out of town, but had to bust out my laptop to get all caught up! Well, I went to Nordies yesterday and they didn't have the Fall collection yet. I wanted to cry! I did swatch the perm items and was going to get a few things, but their was no help at the Chanel counter. I was so annoyed, I just wrote down the perm items I want and will probably order them when I order the Fall collection and Byzance collection. I hope they do the free shipping again!
I was on the fence about Plumetis -- but after Elegant's pics, I think it I want it. Cheryl -- so you love Pampill glossimer? Is that one a must have also?? I definitely want the quad and JC.
It is almost time for me to get ready for the wedding. I was really hoping I would have new Chanel goodies to use today -- but oh well, I'll use what I have

I only have Espiégle (love it!) but it lasts quite well on my obnoxiously oily skin.

I'm a bit confused by this Byzance collection, is it a boutique and certain counters exclusive? Is it only available in certain countries? Guess what I bought today though!? I got the quad and the lipstick from this collection in Selfridges. I just went in to see if they happened to have Bronze Universal because I have been searching high and low for it and they did! So I snapped that up YAY! Then I noticed the Byzance collection sitting there. I picked up the quad immediately because the colours are so beautiful and wow! The pigmentation is amazing, they are so soft, they feel creamy. I lurrrrve them. The palette design is stunning, I might try to use the colours from the edges so I don't ruin it much at first. It is definately going to be a good travel piece for me as it is smaller than my Naked palette, fantastic. I also got the lipstick which a beautiful fuschia red with sparkly sheen in it. I've not tried either of these products on my face yet but I will review them properly when I have. I swatched the blushes while I was there, they are pretty but not for me. The red one has excellent staying power though, it wouldn't come off my hands even after a few hand washes when I got home. The gold one is nice but I have the gold blush from Mickey C so don't need the Chanel one.
Overall, if you get the quad, you wont be disappointed (as far as I can see so far). I am soooooo glad I managed to get Bronze Universal mostly at the moment because of how much hunting I have done for it lol. I hope it doesn't let me down.

I just became a happy ower ot the Byzantine Quad!!!!
It is so pretty and so special. Im looking at it and cant decide whether to swatch it or not?
According to SA these are extremelly limited quantities and there are NO TESTERS. I got ony the quad because I could not justify spending money for bright red lipstick and blush if I can't try it. I dont own or wear any reds but would like to explore, maybe there will be reds in Christmas collecton which I can try.
The New York store got only 10 of each piece from the collection and that's it. According to them it will be boutique and online only, but again very limited quantities. I think 10 for New York (9 as we speak) is pretty limited)

In the UK the Byzance collection is a Boutique exclusive and Selfridges seem to get most exclusive Chanel collections. Hope you enjoy your goodies - I'm so impateint waiting for mines to come!

The person who was supposed to go to Selfridges and buy the collection for me hasn't been answering my friend's emails, so I'm thinking of calling the store and order my things that way. I know I'll be paying quite a bit for international shipping but at this point I don't really care. Can you ladies please tell me what kind of information you had to provide when you ordered your items? Did you have to give them your credit card number? I don't feel confortable giving some stranger my credit card number over the phone...
