Re AG: I don't think they can take her site down, unless she lives in France where the three-strikes copyright act is (was?) in place (I believe this policy has been suspended in May).

Yes, but it is like that for maybe at least a week or so, since the last time I checked. I think there was the timer counting down, but nothing happend since. That's why I was thinking (hoping

) they might have taken it down for good.

The Three-Strike policy, i.e. after three copyright infringements your internet access will be shut down aka "three strikes, you're out of Internet connection when users download and service providers upload copyright material," is only in place in South Korea (2009), Taiwan (2009), France (2010), the United Kingdom (2010) and New Zealand (2011). If the site is US-based, the 3SP will not apply.

Oh OK, I do not know about that. I just had in mind that someone on here mentioned that the people who that blogger stole pics from could contact the provider/server/whatever that's called :), so actions would be taken against whoever runs that blog.

She stole one of my posts and I know about quite a few other bloggers as well and we all sent e-mails to the host to get the posts removed, which they did, and then the "under construction message" went up, but it's been like that for a while, so I'm hoping it's actually been taken down. Fingers crossed! :)

Yeah, quite a few of the EU countries, such as Germany and Spain, have decided not to join the 3SP.

After seeing the you tube video by krazey beauty showing sp collection I am looking for the photo swatches on her site but can't find them. Are they up yet, can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Just came back from swatching SP at my local Nordstrom. OMG I'm in love with the MES. Sorry no pics though because I was on my lunch break and didn't want to come back looking like a weirdo with all these swatches on my arm =X The MSF's are so smooth. Goldstone managed to make it onto my list even though I had no intentions what so ever on buying it (from looking at online swatches). It swatches beautifully in person on my NC30 skin. Clarity may have become one of my fave MES. The different color shimmers looked beautiful. Also Hint of Sapphire was not all splotchy like it looked on Temp's post. Good thing I've been trading in my credit card reward points and swapping like a mad woman for gift certificates because this collection is definitely breaking my bank!
