It's sooooooooo tempting!! It's really tough to say about Rouge......the color is cool-toned, but the micro sparkles are gold-ish and pink, so I think it ends up being mostly 'neutral' toned, if that makes any sense. It's seriously pretty! I'm NW25 for reference - it's got some depth to it that really defies description. I can't wait to wear it, but will use a fan brush for sure! And I think I will layer some Play it Proper over it very lightly. I think you can warm it up or cool it down depending on your preference!

^^ And the 'silvery taupe' shade is just that - it's not straight-up silver, it's got some 'taupe-ness' to it.

Yeeeehaw! Ordered the quad, the lipstick, the two blushes and for good measure, ordered the Prelude quad. Yay! I second day'ed mine. LOL You can practically buy another Coco Shine for the price, but I NEED this in my greedy little paws.

I think this collection (Byzance) will look awfully nice during the entire holiday season. All that red and gold is so Christmasy!

I went for free shipping. My orders usually get here in 2 days, but if this one takes till Tuesday because of the Byzance frenzy and the holiday I'm ok with it.

Yeah I was debating not getting overnight, but since it seems like it ships from the east coast I had a feeling that 2nd day = me actually getting it next Tuesday or Wednesday. Besides it was only a $10 difference and I didn't want to wait that long. >_> LOL!

Alright. I'm done, and after LeBlanc I'm on a no-buy for a few months, especially for Chanel. At least until their new foundations come out. <_<

^ Is it me, or does it seem like Etole completely morphs from person to person? On Temptalia it's a plum-red, but on Cafe Makeup it looks more of a soft coral. I'm so confused--looks like another that will need to be seen in person.

Etole or Plumetis? Etole doesn't look coral on my monitor, but it doesn't really look as deep as I would have thought from the picture of the tube. She does call it "medium warm red with a strong hint of copper and a touch of plum" so that's not far off from Temptalia's description if I'm remembering hers correctly? I'm too lazy to go look right now, lol.

Oops sorry, I meant Etole. <_< There's a definite color difference between the two blogs and their respective swatches. Cafe Makeup's swatch looks similar to beautylookbook's, so I'm guessing that's the true color. Temptalia's looks like a completely different lipstick.

I don't know why I even bother going there (Temptalia) anymore, her swatches are almost always misleading to me. <_<

Ok I broke my 29 days long no buy ( I was supposed to have one month off from the shopping just a day short.. no willpower) Chanel is the one to blame for this.. I got both the blushes topkapi quad from Byzance & all three nail lacquers from fall collection
