Darn. Came home after work and my Gem of Roses was sold out! I know it's not the end of the world, but it is the colour I've been waiting for since we first heard whispers this past winter. Thankfully I've managed to hold one at my local counter, but after hearing everyone's stories, I'm worried it will go missing!
Here's what I ended up ordering:
Lush Amber l/s
Natural Flare c/g
Semi-Precious Pearl MSF
Golden Gaze MES
Rare Find MES
Plus Gem of Roses, if I can pick it up.
Hopefully it gets here by Friday! I'm excited!

I just came from the PRO store on Robertson and the ONE thing I wanted was SOLD OUT
. They no longer have Blue Sheen! She said they were down to 3 of the mineralized eyeshadows.

I have Blonde MSF, Perfect Topping (a very thoughtful gift from my lovely daughter), By Candlelight and Daft Pink. Would RQ be too much like those? I am leaning towards CP but I don't know. HELP!! LOL

just different stroke for different folks. I looove eyeshadow, and I've always wanted to try some great mineralized ones since I missed out on the Style Black collection. I saw this as my chance to do so =)
please take pics of feeling flush when you can! Since we're sorta close in skintone, I'd love to see how it looks on you!

If that is the look you want then you should definitely get CP! It has that type of look. It's slight soft pink champagney soft glittery shimmery. Very pretty

Blame Christine. LOL! I was mad at her for a quick minute for making that the must have out of the whole entire collection. After her recs came out yesterday evening I was on the phone this morning with my counter putting the damn thing on hold for fear that if I like it on myself they will be all sold out. And out of curiosity I called all of my back up counters and all of their GOR are on hold so I am so glad she came out late with the recs. Nobody was on GOR majorly until it made it on the must have list, but I felt that she was going to do that before she posted it. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Don't know what I'm going to do if I want a backup of it. Yeah yeah. It's only makeup.

The sad thing to me is that One of a Kind is actually the most gorgeous of the lipsticks - it's like combining a dark vampy shade with a MLBB shade and getting the perfect sexy lip that's soft enough for daytime and the workplace, but sophisticated enough for the evening. Plus, it'd look good on any skin tone or natural lip color.
Not that GOR isn't beautiful, but it looks like there are going to be a lot of variations of it coming up in the Fall collections (also in GlamGlass too).
