After looking at the swatch comparison of FG & SC that Elegant did over a 100x, I can see the slight difference between the two, I keep going back & forth on buying FG...I do use my SC quad a lot ( I swear those colors were made for my blue eyes) I just don't know if it's necessary!?
I do LOVE the color, especially when fall comes around & it will take the heavy usage off my SC quad too...UGH, what to do, what to do!? lol, I am going nucking futs over this!

I have my Pearl BU, Goldstone BU, PA BU & Faux Gold sitting in my Nordies shopping bag, just waiting for me to hit submit order.

I totally get your dilemma. I have Faux Gold already but I'm debating Goldstone and Pearl BUs too.

Mac Guy - I tried the Charged Water with my Studio Fix today and it worked well. I spritzed before applying the Studio Fix and spritzed again when I finished my face. My face didn't feel dry and tight at all and I skipped moisturizer. I don't know if this routine would work for winter though. But for summer it's just fine.

i'm absolutely loving my feeling flush blush. i like to take my tarte park ave princess bronzer to go over it slightly for a bronzey glow. highly recommend this for deeper skin tones. i am going to try to pick up some more things this week when i get paid if anything is left.

It is one of the best mineralized collections and all the MSFs are amazing! I think I'm going to get backs up of Pearl, Rose Quartz and Goldstone cause my Mac has loads left.

I caved. I went back tonight and dispite terrible customer service bout 2 more MES. I got Unsurpassible and Mineral Mode. Oh...I love them both. I just cant get CP though. It is just so blah beside the others. I wore Clarity today and after 16 hours it still rocks!!

Thank you so much for posting all of your SP looks! This one is beautiful. I was wondering what you use to apply the MES (brush, finger, foam tip applicator, etc?). I have been testing different techniques trying to decide which one works best.

Here is the look I mentioned earlier with Mineral Mode and Rare Find, I have CP middle puddle as a blush and the outer ring as an all over highlight. I think mineral mode and rare find create a lovely polished day time look, with a slightly more modern twist on a taupe smokey eye as although the pictures don't show it, there is a hint of purple when it hits the light. I have GoR on my lips.

I love the 235 for applying these. It was such a splurge but I am more than happy with this brush for these.

I got my goodies tonight and settled on my must haves of Faux Gold, Geo Pink, Looks like Sin, and Gem of Roses. If they are still there for payday I will get MSF Pearl, Unsurpassable, and Hint of Sapphire. I really like Dark Indulgence but my huge collection can't justify it...I already have NARS Night Porter, MAC Humid, She Who Dares, etc. I want to save my money for things that are truly unique to my collection and I want to continue branching out to other brands. Temptalia recently posted the Laura Mercier Fall Collection and some of her pieces are absolutely DROOL-worthy. I love ya MAC but I think a little absence will make the heart grow fonder...lol.

I went for spread out black veining in Clarity. It gives it a gunmetal (blue grey) type color that I love!!

I'm back from my Wedding week in Vegas! Since the store is pro in Ceasars I was able to swatch and buy a few days before my wedding. I freaked out thinking everything would be gone. I called ahead and she said everything was there. I got to the store and she was like "Are you the one that called?" There was tons of everything left, I was so surprized. I walked to the MAC store with a purpose! lol I was SO excited to see this collection.

Clarity mes- I actually think this is one of my favs! It's SO stunning! I love the multicolor shimmer. It's just so awesome! Liba was so right on this one...as I knew she would be I got one with not as much black in it, but it still has just enough. And I can also put it over a darker base
Hint of Sapphire mes- So pretty, its all I was hoping for. It has a good amount of pink and blue veining so I get this pink blue color with a tinge of purple. LOVE LOVE IT!
Unsurpassable mes- This color is bonkers! I picked one with both green and blue veins. Liba wasnt kidding when she said you can get like 4 diff types of colors from this. Kinda wish I wouldnt have gotten one with not as much blue though. Theres quite a bit.
Golden Gaze mes- What more can you say? It's the perfect gold!
I was actually thinking maybe the mes's will work well over Too Faced glitter glue primer? Esp for colors like Clarity. If so I think I might pick it up. What do you think? Also cause I really wanted to get some pigments from Illamasqua but was worried about glitter fallout.
Gem of Roses l/s- Its sooooo pretty! no wonder it got such rave reviews! It's actually quite pigmented on my lips.
Lush Ambur l/s- nice nudey color, it too shows up pretty well on me. Nothing amazing but I still like it

Then I went back the next day and picked up...
Crystal Pink MSF- This was my fav out of them. My By Candelight broke so thats apart of the reason I got it. It is pretty frosty so I use a very light hand. I put it over my blush for my wedding and it gave a soft pretty glow. Pearl reminded me of my Triple Fusion MSF and I have enough pink cheek colors to not get Rose Quartz.
234 Brush- I got it cause you guys have said it works well with the mes's which it does. Pat with one side and blend with the other, love it. And its so soft!

I wanted to get more mes but felt these were my must haves. And hopefully the others will be around for a while. I am thinking Jades Fortune and Rare Find still (pale, light brown eyes, dark hair, yay or nay?). I was trying not to over do it on MAC since Vegas has that huge Sephora. I got a few Mufe Aqua Creams (which I was messing with yesterday with my mes's and they work VERY well with them) I got the blue and green one. Got the blue and purple liquid glitter liners from Stila, I still want the green/teal one, they were sold out. The purple makeup bag from Urban Decay. A Kat Von D set, it had the True Love palette, a lipstick, eyeliner, and two primers for 54$, it was a great deal. A Sephora brand lipstick (which I dont think I'll be doign again, they dont taste good at all LOL) and a lipliner brush. I'm so glad I got one of these! It's great for all my pesky lipsticks like Playing Koi. It's easier to build up the colors. Coach Poppy Rollerball (couldnt afford a bottle) Oh and the sweet girl at the MUFE area gave me a sample of the MUFE HD foundation, I cant wait to try it! I spend way too much money but its my wedding present lol

Sorry this post is so long. I am still on a Wedding high and its my b-day today as well (which as you get older its not so great anymore haha) I was excited to tell everyone bout my hauls. It was an amazing Wedding day! I am still on cloud nine, I love my hubby so much...I get to call him that now! Yay

I got my second "batch" of unsurpassable, jade's fortune and rare find.... (I live in the middle of a cornfield, ok? so no counters to check out mah stuff!)

Rare find is pretty enough to keep both lol one is more pink than the other (more brown) but ill swat and test with my dark magic's pink side to really see if i need both.

unsurpassable first i got suuuuper green and i got suuuuper green again. BAD FRIGGIN LUCK!

jade's fortune, I got yellow (like 60% yellow), and now i got all green which makes it look like unsurpassable. BAD FRIGGIN LUCK! I have a friend who's got one with more blue so i'll wait for clarity and see which one i should keep.

I bough looks like sin (the only kinda glass i can wear is the cremesheen type) and saw tiffany D wearing it and loved it) and got clarity and faux gold.... Today they are arriving so i will update

Im gonna give up on unsurpassable and jade's fortune. And i might be repeatedly unlucky with the ones im getting today... Clarity and faux gold!

Sorry to hear you're having such bad luck with your veining, Piarpreet. I, too, have to order online, and my Unsurpassable has just the merest hint of the purple, in a couple of tiny spots on it. I do have plenty of the copper, though. My Golden Gaze has rather a lot of black, unfortunately.

I am wearing Clarity at the moment, with NARS Night Porter in the crease and outer corner, and along the lower lash line. Yes, I've finally found a use for my Night Porter lol.
