Ok, stripping (wallpaper) may be my second job & is definitely getting in the way of my makeup habit & chatting!

Oh my my my my my ....everything is SOOOOO gorgeous - I cannot wait to get it! I thought for sure it would have been up on Chanel last Friday. Come on already!

I need a fix now

I'm drooling over rouge carat np & that lipstick is lovely. I will get the pink & the red for sure.

Aw man, now I'm wanting BOTH RAs again! :/ Enivree sold me with the gold glitter, but I worry the color might get lost against my pink lips and tan skin. I hope the gold sheen will be apparent enough on me. I'm reminded of MAC's Fresh Salmon, which I regret swapping away so this will be my chance to get a gold-pink lippy back in my life. Famous still reminds me of Rouge Byzantin, but is more pink-red rather than magenta-red, if that makes any sense. I'm sold. Again. Dangit. I need a Team Chanel tag.

At least the eyeshadows look much too pale for me, and pink in my non-blush face products = auto NOPE.

jmarie -- I am actually giddy about the pink RA! I have a trillion (OK, I exaggerate) pink lippies -- but there is always room for one more! Hello, pink with golden shimmer (da-rools!!). And the red just looks gorgeous -- and I might really need to venture out and get a red lippie.

Elegant -- enough with your strippin'!! We miss you on here! I'm sure you are making fabulous progress with your projects. You really are inspiring me to get some things done around my house!

Queenof Snark -- yes, me too, about wanting both RA's. I didn't get the Byzantin lippie -- so I really might "need" the red RA from holiday.

jmarie - thanks for your lovely pics! I wonder if Beige Lame will show up on me, or just the shimmers will show up. The duo looks gorgeous. I have Jet-Gold duo, which contains a black liner and gold eyeshadow with multi-coloured shimmers. Are the black and gold here shimmery?

Michelle - I want the pink RA! Possibly the red too! I like all the lippies in this collection, but I will pass the glossimers. I see the pink tinge in the highlighter too and now I'm so excited!

I saw Lightscapade today and I almost wanted to buy it, just for the sake of owning the covet msf. But I feel I will be much happier if I buy the chanel highlighter, although it is twice as expensive.

Very off topic... While stalking the NM website for the highlighter, I noticed that NM has bronze rose & bronze corail listed as in stock. So for anyone who didn't buy them with the summer collection, they are still available @ the NM website.

Heads' up, Famous is already up on Saks for preorder, pretty sure the rest of the Holiday collex will be up soon. When I tried to check NM the Chanel sub-site kept 404ing, so I'm assuming they're updating as we speak. Hoping to order from Saks so I can stop waffling on Antigone and buy it already.

I'm working the stripper thing in my laundry room/basement now because the foyer has to have the walls refinished before I paint - didn't see that coming & it bummed me out. So now I have to wait 3 weeks for the refinisher guy to do it. But, I had to tell you that last weekend hubs said lets go to Arhaus & buy a chandelier - then get a burger

We got a smaller but beautiful cut glass chandelier But, it won't be in until late next week

NM site always seems to have some type of issue It couldn't load the np page last I checked.

The description sounds pretty and it may look pretty IRL but the swatches aren't selling me on this one...yet. The same with the Sweet Beige glossimer...looks pretty but I'll need to try that one on.

Elegant -- aww, that is too bad you have to wait to paint. I'm sure everything is looking amazing. And yay for a new chandelier!! I really can't wait to get one for our Master. I think I found the new paint color for our front door, though. I'm can be slow at picking everything out sometimes I really thought this collex would be up by now also . . . .

Redlily -- yep, I will need to see more swatches of the glossimers. I must say I am a sucker for them, but if the colors are kinda "meh", I may have to just stick with the RA's and RAL . . . and maybe the highlighter.

Anneri -- money saved for you! I love the promo pic, too -- the model looks so gorgeous.

Nothing is wrong with you. This collection is not exciting me as well. I do not wear red lips.
I am thinking maybe the highlighter- but also considering Guerlain peacock and Burberry liquid glow
maybe the beige glossimer- but wanted to try Le Metier lip cremes instead.

I will decide about the pink lippie based on more swatches as well about the Rouge Carat polish.

My Saks did put the collection out last night but so far I haven't persuaded myself to make the long drive up there.

redlily - Tweed Brun Rose is already available at my counters. It came out with Vitalumiere Hydra foundation. It is very pretty, a soft blush.

Your wallet is happy then! You can look forward to the new collections next year. I love the promo pic too, she is my favourite model at the moment. I think those aren't bangles, but are sparkles sewn on the sleeves of her dress. You can see some of it on her shoulders too. What detailed work that must be!

Pretty sure I want the red np too. I'm still considering the highlighter and the red l/s but really need to see swatches and hopefully comparisons of the l/s with other reds. I'd like to know how the pink l/s compares to some other Chanel pinks like Magnolia....and I still want the beige e/s but only if it's not as glittery as Fauve. So I really need comparisons I guess...or to see it in person.
