^^ Enjoy your goodies! I'm excited to see the summer collection too. What do you think of the quints? Are they unique colours, and is Swimming Pool very pastel? I'm drawn to it but I feel it may wash me out. On the other hand, I worry the warm quint may be too orange and make me look tired. The eye pencil is gorgeous, right! Too bad I don't think I will wear it much. Is the coral np a unique coral? Did you see the eye gloss?

I will answer your questions with my thoughts...the quints are gorgeous. The swimming pool quint is pastel, but def. shows up, especially on fair skin. not shimmery like the spring roses ones.
The warm aurora quint is very pigmented and would look good on a deeper skin tone or someone with a tan.
The coral np is a unique shade to me, but probably dupable if you have a lot of Chanel ones.

^^ Thanks! I saw the collection today! We only have the bronzers in 001 and 003 like Monsy said. 001 is light and shimmery, probably like a highlighter. The tester has not arrived yet. 003 is more a true bronzer but not too deep so it is good for fair skin. We are only get the Swimming Pool quint, and I swatched it. Colours show up but I'm not feeling it. I'll wait and see. I have Chanel novelle vague, wonder if it is like the turquoise polish. The eye glosses are shimmery, buildable and blendable too. Orange Pareo and the eyeliner are gorgeous!

I am already quite sure that I will order Aurora but still debating Zenith.

I wore the aurora quint and orange pareo yesterday, along with blissful blush by tarte. Even though I am somewhat pale (NW20 for MAC) I really like the look of the quint on. I was worried that the colors would be "too orange" for my skintone too, but that wasn't the case. I recommend swatching before buying though b/c I could see how these colors could not be forgiving on certain skintones. I have seen colors like this before from other lines, but the quality of the Dior shadows led me to buy. Even after sweating in the sun through two back to back Little League games my sons played in yesterday, the shadows held up & didn't melt off my face.

I haven't tried swimming pool yet, but it does swatch very pastel & is probably dupable. I bought it b/c of the Dior quality once again. So I wouldn't necessarily call them unique colorwise, but they are of the Dior quality. I am not going to use the liner at full strength. It would be too much. Layered along with a more neutral liner though will be great.

I bought the np b/c I have been kicking myself since I passed on Aloha. Stupid move on my part. Looking at my np stash, the color is unique enough to warrant a purchase. My np stash is a lot smaller than the other parts of my makeup stash though. If you have a lot of coral nps, then this may be a pass for you. Dior nps wear really well on my nails.

I asked about the eye gloss, and the MUA looked back with a blank stare. She didn't even know what I was talking about.

The pic looks much brighter than how the products look in real. Aurora is not as pink but just a pale beigey pink, and Zenith not as peachy, but rather soft sand. The top left and bottom right squares are shimmery. I got to swatched Zenith but not Aurora.

Haven - same for me. I waited too long to pick up Aloha and it was sold out everywhere. I have been kicking myself all the time. But I will pass both nps here. I will get Orange Pareo and maybe one of the bronzers because the packaging is really pretty! It is round and has a metal finish and very shiny.

I think that I will get the Aurora eyeshadow palette as well.The colors are so perfect for a subtle summer look.

I did some beauty shopping and went from department store to departmentstore, and it was really strange: Some counters only had bronzers 02 and 04, and some had all four. I really liked 02 on me after trying 01 which didn't show up on me at all. Then I made the mistake to ask the SA to apply it on my face which she did - but all over!

Imagine! Applying a sparkly bronzer all over! Eeeeek! After that I went home and had to wash my face.
Anyways, I liked the colour and the texture, but wonder how they compare to both MAC (Hey Sailor) bronzers and the Chanel ones. Does anyone know? I'm lemming the Chanel bronzers, but I already hauled from Hey Sailor and Guerlain, so I really don't know whether to get the Dior one. Even if it calls to me!

How do 002 and 004 look like? Darker or shimmery? I wonder what's the reason for Dior not to bring them to Asia. Funny because an SA also told me to apply 001 all over my face, and said 003 is too dark for me. The testers were not in yet and the SA told me to buy 001 but I was unconvinced so I didn't buy and will wait for the testers. I have the same question. I would like to know how they compare with other bronzers.

I saw this collection too, yesterday. I think I'm going to cave and buy Orange Pareo, even though I told myself I'm not going to buy anything until the vacay (next week!). It's just too pretty

LOL....Honestly, if you have the Chanel, and love it, I wouldn't spend more $$$ on the Dior ones. They are really nice, but not over the top TDF, kwim?

I really can't say how the four shades compare. I remember distinctly that 004 is the darkest. The SA told me to go with 001 first, but I really couldn't detect it on my skin. It could have been the horrible lighting in store, though.
We have two different sets of powder/bronzer here - there're six shades of the Diorskin Nude Tan Sun Powder, which has no shimmer and can be used all over, and then the Diorskin Nude Tan Bloom which is the one I tested and which is shimmery. It also is sold out online hereabouts already.

I tried on Diorskin Nude Tan Healthy Glow in 001 on my face today and it showed up. I piled on it and I was already wearing a hint of pink blush. The powder is very soft and has some shimmery. Funny because this counter has the tester of 001 but not 003, while another counter I was at previously had the tester of 003 only. I think I'll get 001 because I can build it up rather than get 003 and I have to be very light handed and careful with it.

I'm passing the quints and nail polishes. The orange-brown quint is beautiful but I won't wear it often enough to justify buying it.
