Thanks everyone for all the lovely complements. I am normally a hot pink lipstick kind of girl but I have been loving how bright and fresh red racer is!

I'm loving the swatches. My list still stands as is except I added Red Racer. My list is:

Orange Tempera l/g
Riviera Life l/g
Emerald Sea power point e/p
Red Racer l/s

Super short and sweet.

I hope MAC gives us PRO members a free shipping code with this collection... No one wants to spend $150 every time they shop online. It's annoying at times.

Everyone's swatches have been so helpful - thank you so much!

Has anyone posted or seen swatches of Fast Fleet on someone's cheek? It looks very pigmented, so I'm interested in seeing how it looks on. I know when I tried Fleur Power it looked ok in the store, but it seemed to change on me over the course of a couple of hours. I have reddish cheeks naturally (that I try to tone down), and that particular blush made me look like I had very high blood pressure or had been on a bender.

I didn't go back and buy it. I'm hoping Fleet Fast won't do the same thing. I've never had that happen with a neutral blush (Prism) or any of the warmer corally ones (IF, MM, Melba, Peachykeen).

BTW, I bit the bullet and lost my bronzer virginity today. I got Matte; may not be the most exciting shade, but the tone is perfect and very natural on me (and I'm not shimmering). It looks great paired with IF. Now I don't feel like I need to rush to order one of the HS ones without trying them out first. If I like one of the LEs and they don't make me feel like a disco ball, I'll get one of those too. :)

Yes, it is annoying, but you also have to consider that we already get a huge discount. It's quite easy to get to $150, at least with these big collections.

The matte one is great and fool proof, as it is red-based. It looks very natural indeed. My only complaint would be that it gets too powdery towards the end and once it breaks, it gets more difficult to use. But it really depends how often you use bronzers.

Yea, this is why I may go back and work for them again this summer. I never had to worry about shipping, I got everything on the spot. It is easy to spend $150, but not on those days when all you want is a few brushes, fix +, and the 100 pack wipes. lol. We have a PRO store in TN, but it's in Nashville and I'm in Memphis.

Oh I am dreaming of PROCYBER from collections past! HeeHee Even with my PRO discount, I KNOW MAC made TONS more money off me due to that damn secret code that worked FOREVER........ Oh, well. I'm still happy to buy $150 if I HAVE to! Twist my arm MAC! LOL

I'm waiting on the Crew price in Canadian dollars too.
I am still working on my list.

When I woke up this morning my first thought was, "If i skip Jaunty that's $18 towards Crew." I must have been dreaming about Hey, Sailor!
The only thing I'm 100% sure on is Jaunty and Crew will depend on the price. The face powders in Vera were $28 so I'm expecting Crew to be $28 or $29 any higher than that is a skip for me.

I'd be happy to pay for shipping if I manage to stay under 150 bucks for Hey Sailor.

*wishful thinking*

I don't use them at all right now and I'm not sure yet if it'll become part of my daily summer look. I don't think I'd use bronzer during the colder months of the year; I like a vampier lip in the Canadian fall/winter. Our come the brick tones and wines and out go the corals and sheer lips. I love changing makeup with the seasons; always fun. :)

It will be interesting to see if MAC breaks the 30 bucks mark with Crew.

Marine Life was $26, My Paradise was $28. So we might see $30 this year.

In any case, I'll make sure to buy my essential stuff (refills, etc.) before the new price increase creeps on us in the summer.

I am so not done with this collex

Thank you MrsB! I wish I had the funds to experiment with my hair. I couldn't give up my cosmetics allowance if I tried lol. Plus I'm sure a drastic change in haircolor would create a drastic change in color schemes.
I was an ash brown with blonde highlights once. It was okay, but I definitely had to amp up the makeup to not look washed out lol. As someone that can never tan, it's probably for the best!

I can dream, though lol. Blonde looks fab on you!

I might add Fleet Fast to my list. It looks similar to NARS Liberte which I am contemplating buying. If it really is that similar, MAC is the better buy. Cheaper and more product. Not to mention the new blush formula is awesome and buildable.

I use different bronzer at different seasons. Some are more suited for the summer, some go better with the colder season. And yes, it's fun to change it up.

I don't blow money on collections, but that's just me. My list for Hey Sailor isn't even at $40.. and this is after the 40% discount is applied. When I placed my order for Fashion Sets, I discovered a way to not have to pay for shipping.. if they don't provide a code for us from Hey Sailor, then I will proceed to do what I did last time. haha.. there's two things I don't like... sales tax and paying for shipping.

Hmm and as I sit here and think... I have a PRO discount with NARS, which is also 40% and we get free shipping over $50... Sometimes they'll have a shipping promotion and we can buy one item and get it shipped for free. MAC is being money hungry as usual. Ugh

I DIGRESS.
