It depends. When it's their mistake, I think they will usually replace or refund without making you ship it back. However, if you decide you don't like a product, you ship it back. I haven't shipped anything back in a few years, so maybe someone has more recent experience.

If it's defective, like broken, they will ship you a new one. I had an eyeshadow arrive broken, and they said "since I was such a good customer" I would not have to ship back the broken one as proof.

I have received one defective item from MAC and I had to mail it back. They did refund my shipping but wouldn't even take a pic as proof. I have lots of online orders and almost no returns so I don't think it was personal.

They are trying to play up the hype cuz when it first sold out I called to ask when there would be more and they said it would not be. Then I went on there yesterday out of boredom and it was for sale again and I got one, but it sold out 10 mins later.

My lipsticks and glosses came today! My favorite is moxie, which pulls a dark watermelon pink with red undertones on me. I was so worried this would look bright red as many people said it could. Candy Yum Yum is so neon. I'm not sure I have the guts to wear it outside. Rocker seems like a great vampy red. My glosses arrived too. I have yet to test them out. So far I like the formula of the lipsticks.

They are.. I called when they first ran out and they said they would not restock then I randomly went on there 2 days later and they had it again, but it sold out 10 min after I got mine. Its smart bussiness practice making us think its gone forever so we'll buy a million at once. good trick lol.

If they dont restock I did a blog about dupelicates if you wanna check it out.
