I received my new moth brown this morning, when compared to my Barbie moth brown on me they are identical, including the purple shift. Sorry no pix, not a good photographer.

Thank you, MACGIRL68! That is how my Moth Brown looks on me. Now, I don't know if I want to spend the money and get the new one if it looks so much like the old one. Yet, Richelle's swatches are to die for. Oh MAC!

Repromotes suck nothing is the same.CYY nor ever hip,nor moth brown except innocence beware maybe ,I do not have the new one.but Mac what is going on!!!

i really want them to repromote ever hip as well and toxic tale BUT they need to stop repromoting INNOCENCE BEWARE!!

Thanks! Typically pink is not a color I lean toward for nail or lips (or anything for that matter). I guess I could take my Moxie to Ulta next visit. I have done the nude lippie for so long I feel like this is completely unchartered territory for me! Pink? Who would have thought! Most of my polishes are nude colors, blood reds, or purples.

Geeze, come to think of it, once OPI came out with Lincoln Park After Dark in the 90's, that was it for me! All my polishes look like some slight shade variation of that polish! I have been in a 20 year rut! :shock:

Lincoln Park After Dark was the only n/p I used for YEARRRRRRRS!!! I only started weaning myself off it last year. I don't have a lot of pinks, but the collection is slowly growing.

I opened it and it was a CYY and a Moxie. Ummm ok. i'd like to assume maybe someone sent me one as a surprise but i doubt it.

So now what? does MAC really have more CYY and Moxie's laying around???

So I was all worried about my shadows not arriving, and not getting a shipping notice. Well, when I was leaving for work this morning, I saw the box sitting next to the gas meters on my porch. I didn't even notice it, it had been there since yesterday morning! So I just threw it inside the house and didn't get to open it until I got home from work. of course i got the shipping notice at work today, more than 24 hours after it was delivered.

Well, I'm personally very happy with both Jete and MB. I didn't own the original MB. I expected it to be quite similar to Satin Taupe, but they're not comparable at all. MB is a charcoal with brown tones, but the texture and finish is the same as ST. The colour itself might be similar to Shadowy Lady, but because of the different textures it looks nothing like it.

Jete is similar to UD Scratch (as I was hoping), but Scratch is very slightly more pink, and has a much softer texture and is much more pigmented. I needed a few swipes of Jete to build up to the same intensity. I will wear it tomorrow and see how it compares on the lids.

I tried taking some swatch pics, but they all turned out horrible. I thought I was good with a camera, but apparently not.

Instead of returning it, swap it or sell it. if you return it, MAC will have to destroy it. This not only means that a product goes to waste, but it also contributes to the steadily raising prices as each return means a loss for MAC.

Of course, it is a different story if the product is broken or messed up in another way.

I didn't like a blush I got once...I went into UPS to return it, and it cost $10 to return! I just kept it.
