I know. We should know. But I'm a little bummed that Rocker is not that close to the original I have, and the Moth Brown I got doesn't come close to the one I got with the Barbie collection. The Barbie one is browner, brighter and more pigmented and the new one is grayer and flatter.

Wow, That Barbie image is so adorable! I totally missed that collection.

Now I'm worried about my order. Belladonna was changed to being on backorder even though it showed up as in stock when I bought it. I decided not to cancel or exchange it because I was told I won't be charged for it until it ships. I'm wondering if my Queen will be missing too.
me too specially since i ordered on 9/29 and it still doesnt have a tracking info

All of the problems some of you guys are having with beauty.com makes me glad I didn't order anything. Stories like this will put me off of a website like that. I hope everything works out for everyone.

i ordered from beauty.com on Wednesday and got my stuff friday, and i got everything i ordered plus the free liptar. maybe you guys should call them.

I've ordered from Beauty.com before and haven't had a problem. I got my shipping notice Friday and my package is in transit. The issues I had trying to apply the code, the backorder notice and then the report of the missing free lip tar just made me nervous. I called them about it Friday, but I'll know if everything's fine once I actually get my package.

I have ordered from them and their sister site, drugstore.com, so many times and I have never had any issues.

The holiday weekend is probably REALLY messing things up, shipping-wise. I have also ordered from beauty.com and drugstore.com numerous times without any issues.

Ok, after reading peoples responses I might give them a try when I can afford to. I am glad to see it's not a normal occurrence with them as they have a lot of nice stuff. Thanks for the input. I don't want to write off a company's site when it's not warranted.

I've never had a problem with Beauty.com. They are great, and I've always had a great experience with them and their customer service. Maybe just the holiday throwing them off.

Finally broke out my Moth Brown. Omg I LOVE it! I wish I would have got a BU. It's a beautiful taupy purple! I've been wearing it in the outer V with Liquid Diamond infallible on the lid. It makes a silver with a purple tinge eye look.

MB and Hocus Pocus will be used like crazy this fall! :)
