Nah, you don't need a backup. This product will last you FOREVER. You use so little of it to get the job done. Chanel does need to make it permanent though. It's AMAZING.

FWIW chanel.com just told me the holiday collection is expected to go live on Monday 10/22. Saks.com has it up for pre-order with a ship date of on or before.......11/10!

Does anybody have the shipping code for NM handy? I got the coat wardrobe email this morning but darned if I can find the shipping code that supposedly is attached. I do not want to pay almost $12 to have an eyeshadow shipped

I was at one branch of the Bay yesterday and it wasn't out. I'm wondering if that might have been in Toronto. I find that the big Bays there sometimes get things a wee bit earlier than the rest of us...

Thank you so much! Their shipping and handling is ridiculous but I finally caved on the latest TF quad and I couldn't find it locally or any other shop I am used to dealing with....

I think I'll call my local Saks tomorrow when they open and ask if they have this collection yet. I am itching for it. I think all I'll get is the quad and the illusion d'ombre. It depends on how sheer the IDO is. I'm so excited for the quad, though.

I am going for Malice, the lipstick and Star Dust... those are all this collection correct? I realize some of you gals ordered Star Dust when it appeared online oh a few weeks ago. I am saving my quad dollars for Variation without the s. Did I just get collections mixed up?

I'm almost scared to go to my downtown Chanel counters, although I'm desperate to see the collection. At this point, I'm interested in the quad, the blush and the lipstick and I'm at least curious about the glosses and the shadow duo. Has anyone seen that yet? I haven't heard anything about it. Between this and Guerlain, I'll be spending all my holiday money on myself.

I just called my local saks and they don't have the collection yet. The nice man said maybe in another week or two :crybaby:. He did volunteer to take my name and number, though and said he already has a list of people who are interested. I have to get the there immediately after he calls. I have to stay ready because I am so serious about this. :lol:

My Saks (and I use that term loosely since it's a 3+ hour round trip) said the same yesterday. Do you have a Neimans Shontay? More of them seem to have it I think.

Yeah, I have a Neimans in the same mall as the Saks that I called. I called them last week and she had no idea when they would get it. I Might stop by tomorrow or Friday and see if it's there.

I went to the flagship Saks on 5th ave and they dont have it as well.
I think I will just wait and order online form Chanel anyway, no tax, free ship (they usually have with new collex) and some samples (love the eye cream samples, they last me for while.)
Usually in the store I get no samples at all.

Ugh! I was browsing bloomingdales.com and I see the collection. I got all excited, but then I realize it's not available to order. Can't even add it to my bag yet. I think I'll wait for them to get it and I'll order it. I have a card with them, that's why. That will probably lead to me purchasing more than I need, but hey...:sigh: :lol:

Ladies, I know you keep saying Nordies gives the gifts. I always get mine at Neiman's. My sa gave it to me weeks before the event. I got the collection weeks ago. There was just a gift online during incircle.
If there is an incircle going, there is always a Chanel gift. Usualy with a 150-200 purchase and nice things!
You do not have to wait for Norrdstrom. Just saying.
But I do know they have great CS and people love them. I am a NM and Bergdorf girl .
