So I did my nails using Flaming Rose nail polish today & while I like the color, the quality of the polish itself is just terrible. The consistency was overly thick, goopy, the brush itself was thick so it wouldn't go against the cuticle. Ugghh blech

Aww, that sucks. The bad reviews on MAC's polishes are why I stick to other brands. Plus, that price point. It's way way too high. I got OPI's Deutsch You Want Me Baby bc I loved the StyleSeeker polish but didn't want to pay that price for a possibly mediocre product. Now I have Don't You Want Me Baby stuck in my head lol.

Aw, sorry that it didn't meet your expectation. I only have one current MAC polish - Mean and Green. I really liked the duochrome but was worried I'd be unhappy with it. Luckily it seems to be one of their better formulas.

I do have one other ancient MAC polish - Chili. It's in a short, square bottle with a tall skinny wand top. It must be about 10 years old, but it hasn't gotten thick or gloopy. I don't think I've used it in at least 7-8 years. I'm just keeping it now because I figure the bottle is almost a museum piece. I almost turn it in each BTM but always pull it out at the last minute. :)

I actually like most of MAC's polishes, the Styeleseeker one is beautiful and good quality IMO. Just once in a while there is one where I'm not satisfied with the quality. In that case I definitely return it.

I thought SS was beautiful, actually. I just wasn't up for dropping $19 TWICE. I got M&G instead.

After having some time to play with my goodies, I am in love with this BP but the e/s is just a horrible mess. Patchy, sheer, hard to apply no matter what primer or base (or even without). What a waste.

Hi everyone, Delurking here finally! I ran out during lunch to get my lipsticks the first day the collex launched in Singapore, and grabbed 2xLG, 1 of CIS, SI, Redd and Beet. Lipsticks retail for US$25 each, but I loved them. Until my GF took my LG backup for herself, but a kind friend helped me out :) First time in my life that I wore a red lipstick, and I'm so glad that I took the plunge. I wear it to the office now, and while people are quick to comment 'wow red lips today!' I received so many other compliments. I'm NC15 and yellow reds don't work for me, but LG and CIS are my HG. Cheers!

I FINALLY got my Pure Zen! I had to call UPS twice to give them a street number for the package (though it was the same they already had) and finally said on Monday that I would go pick it up from them instead. I worked late on Monday so I didn't actually get to go pick it up and UPS had actually delivered it already despite what my tracking information had said. Go figure, tell them to not deliver the package and they finally do.

UPS didn't have an explanation for the reason it wasn't being delivered except that maybe it was a new driver who couldn't find my address. That would mean my entire apartment complex wasn't receiving packages for a few days.
