You can get this look with other shadows in other brands. Not exact, but close enough if you really don't want the quad. Tissueweight, Coppering, Satin Taupe and Goldmine, all by Mac can get you somewhat close. Tissueweight isn't permanent, though but I own it so that's what I thought of.

It's just like Byzance, very pretty indeed. We never got Byzance here except the blush in Rouge very recently, the Holiday quad looks gorgeous and so is the pattern.

Scratch Coppering for Antiqued. That would be much better. I'm thinking I can hit the pan on this palette. I will use that pink all the time. This palette really is great for the holidays.

I agree 100%, the quad is gorgeous. While you may be able to get close dupes for the colors, the texture is amazing. It blends very nicely and the colors are very wearable.

I love the JC's but am skipping the blush. The glitter/sparkles is all the way through. The color wasn't very unique IMO.

OK, glitter or no, I still do want Star Dust. I'll just reserve it for evenings out. That quad... Wow Shontay, even in your quick swatches, it looks pretty pigmented. I might have to use a light hand with that one. Still, it looks teh gorgeous...

Okay... went to Macys... saw the collection ... died a little bit.

Got the quad, one gloss (the darkest one), Malice polish, and the illusion d'ombre. With the exception of the gloss, those are all limited edition. There's some event that will have them sold out in a bit. I predict the quad will be gone by next week at that Macy's. I wasn't the only person on the hunt.

There's some event with the mascara (which I'm pre ordered for), and the two other quads, illusion d'ombres and the purple liquid liner.

OMG.

That is all.

Winthrop - Did you get the quad? The burgundy shade looks more red and less brown than Burberry Mulberry, so I'm hoping I can pull it off. Mulberry made me looked sick. However, I think you got Mulberry, so I guess it works on you?

Is the purple liquid liner the Rouge Noir that was listed earlier in the thread?

I'm really tempted to go look for this collection at Macy's. I'm scheduled for an event at Bloomies in early November. I assume they will have the Holiday Collection and I could buy it at the event but now I don't know if I should wait.

Not yet MissQQ. The Saks, Nordies and Macys closest to me have not received the collection yet and the closest Bloomingdales and Neimans would be a 7 hour round trip.

I'm planning to order online. Mulberry works on me but I've only used it very simply, pairing it with Burberry Pearl White which brightens things up quite a bit.

:rofl: I really want the illusion d'ombre, but I couldn't get it yesterday. The quad came in just under 70 bucks so, I took that and ran. Fell into one of my cheap spells when I know damn well I could've bought it. Oh, well I'll get it next week probably.
