Yea! Go! Team Blue-Violet!
Oooo, now i have to look for pictures of Blast O'Blue! Off to google...
OK, i found a nice shot on Temptalia... 2007! Lovely! even tho' it's just on her hand. I gather it had a Glaze finish:

I haven't layered Peacocky, i've just worn it as in its teal-ness. But mine does not change color on me; that "gorgeous blueberry shade" sounds pretty. Guess it's time to experiment mixing stuff...
I went to the MAC Pro Shop a couple days ago and got the Chromagraphic Pencil in Hi-Def Cyan. [I also got Lash Mix so i can blend my own color mascara, and a beautiful duo-chrome glitter that is blue violet with (i forget) pink or turquoise reflects. And i was tempted to buy some creme color sticks in chartreuse, turquoise, and blue -- sorry, can't recall the exact name of the product or the colors, so i'll have to go back some time next year to get more stuff to play with.]
I find that Asian Flower Supreme Sheen Lipstick, a lovely pinkish violet in the tube, turns quite fuchsia on me, which disappoints me. So i lined my lips with Cyan and worked it a little way in from the edge, although i did not fully cover my lips. Then i applied a generous coating of Asian Flower. Finally, i got out my lipstick brush and blended them so that i didn't have a cyan line around my lips. It was a really interesting color, a bit bluer / more cyan near the corners of my mouth and more blue-mauve on the rest of my lips. I need to play more to get it just right, but i liked the effect.
So, i am encouraged to play more mixing Peacocky with other lip colors. Of course, i may go full out, wearing Peacocky with Hi-Def Cyan pencil, and a bit of Summer Shower Glaze lipstick (from Fashion Flower) for some shimmer mid-lip when i'm feeling blue, aqua blue. (pathetic James Bond imitation)
