For those of you who received gifts, are you Chanel members? If so, how do you become one? This video says that she received gifts because she's part of Chanel's membership program. I didn't know such a thing existed. But then again, I've only been purchasing Chanel products for about 5 months.

I just ordered Rubellite lipliner. Every Chanel SA I talked with, said it is really really pretty. Its a muted deepened rose fuchsia pink according to them.

I buy most of my Chanel products from Chanel.com and have an account on the website (like you would with any website to track purchases, store your shipping address, etc.) but don't recall anything about a membership program. I thought that they might send gifts to encourage Chanel addicts, I mean enthusiasts.

I am the same way. Trying to spread the sales around to get Nordies notes, keep the SA happy at Nordies, Macys & Dillards...just in case. And then, I would always rather just order from Chanel.com to be honest.
