Gotta love technology!I just scheduled a USPS pickup for Monday. Wow, that was quick and easy. Thanks again, Erine! Now, I'm just crossing my fingers that there won't be any fingerprints on the replacements.

I recently ordered several Burberry eyeshadows from Nordstrom and the boxes on some of the products looked like a dog had gotten ahold of them and chewed them to pieces. The CS person was polite but also slightly dismissive when I told her that for $29/ eyeshadow I expected by products to arriv in better condition. My zestful box was beat up also, and that product also, what looks like a finger pring. NOrdies customer service has pissed me off. The rep kept saying the product that you "claim" is damaged. In all of the years I've ordered, I've NEVER called customer service. I am impressed with Macy's response. Not only was nordies dismissive, I also have to go through the hassle of returning the product and paying for a new order.
if I'm not mistaken, there is a charge for that. I tried doing that for some mac items and even though i had a prepaid shipping label, it was going to cost me to have them come to my homeThank you, Erine! I've never returned anything before (or scheduled USPS pickup). I'll try that then.
oh ok, good!I just scheduled a USPS pickup for Monday. Wow, that was quick and easy. Thanks again, Erine!

wow. I'm really surprised they pride themselves on that. ----good customer service.I recently ordered several Burberry eyeshadows from Nordstrom and the boxes on some of the products looked like a dog had gotten ahold of them and chewed them to pieces. I wonder if its location based? :dunno: I send all my CPs and sales thru USPS and have em pick em up at my front door, and haven't been charged yet.if I'm not mistaken, there is a charge for that. I put it Over moth brown yesterday, and it looked awesome.I got Zestful (I love greens) but I'm going to need to play with it a bit to figure out how best to use it. It's very sheer and reflective (the mermaidy references are apt), but I think it will look great over a darker base too. I tried it over Benefit Holy Smokes and it was suddenly a deep reflective green. This one is really a chameleon; I have a feeling Opalesse will be the same.
There shouldn't be a charged for that PP. Now there are rules like it must be a Priority or Express package or a Merchant Return prepaid label, but the cost is free. I don't even think they'll come if you pay them. They will pick up your First Class/Media Mail/Parcel Post packages only if you are also having them pick up one of the higher service items. Also, talk to your carrier. My carrier told me to leave a note in my mailbox that I have a package on the porch and he'll take care of it. I think he doesn't like the online request for some reason. *shrugs*if I'm not mistaken, there is a charge for that. When I saw that color last week it's the first thing that popped out at me. I feel like it's been downplayed since it's a blue but it is very pretty.I went to Nordies today and officially I am done with my haul for this collection. I got the 235 brush, Dimensional Blue, Ablaze lipgloss, shamefully another Opalesse edes and FI blush. I told the associate to hold Mooncake and Eclair PP for me until TR (so I can feel as tho I skipped BB). I told her about the mysterious fingerprints and when we checked the SF we saw it visible on a few new products, not all. I didn't know about this issue on Thur to check mines and I have already messed around with them so I have no clue if mine were tainted or not
Was your error shipment mac, macys or nordies? My final haul: Def Def (delivered in error - I really like it and it was even free!) Fiery Impact Opalesse Zestful (will definitely try with Moth Brown!) 235 (Decidely meh about this one - it's too big for my eyes, but I love brushes and I'm sure I'll find a way to use it)
No. This does not cost any moneyif I'm not mistaken, there is a charge for that. I tried doing that for some mac items and even though i had a prepaid shipping label, it was going to cost me to have them come to my home
Its really strange that yor carrier wouldn't like the online parcel pick up requests. USPS employees are paid by how many miles they drive, boxes they deliver and parcel pick ups etc. If he is just getting notes in the mailbox he is not getting credit on his route for the work he is doing. There shouldn't be a charged for that PP.
