Still no sign of Def Def nor StF

they are available on the Canadian website. So strange that they are not on the US website.

Seriously! And i paid full price for these puppies, and to have to go thru all this on top of that!? Its obviously not limited to just macys tho. I got tired of waiting for them to hit the site to use my discount, and whadya know, theyre still not up! Rediculous! Glad you were able to find one tho. If that falls thru just lemme know.

I know! I kept checking the site too and that is just a complete Hott mess! So the girl at Mac in Dillard's held it for me & I went picked it Up after work. I was explaining to her what happened and she was telling me that not every Mac store even got the skinfinishes in, that they are all on back order. I mean idk if this is the case but if it is that is poor production management on Mac part. How are you the company that launches the product, supply's it to some stores, not all, but dont have it on your website for people to purchase. Maybe they need to slow down bc there is no sense in sacrificing production & good customer service just to put out all these collections.

And not because it's sold out, but because it was never available in the first place!

They create the demand by limiting the supply. That strategy may be working for their bottom line but loyal MAC followers are growing tired of it, it seems. Add to that the aforementioned issues and you have a recipe for people to defect to other brands.
