I would described it as a perfect blue pink , but it's absolutely no cool colour. You really have to try it in person, it's so lovely and weareble

So very frustrated right now! I stopped by the Chanel makeup studio yesterday (yes the actual makeup studio in Southern California where the SAs are supposed to be "in the know")....

Me: I heard that Chanel will be releasing new RCS for summer separate from the summer collection. Do you know when you will be getting these in stock?
SA: No that is not true. The only new RCS are these two (pointing to summer display w/ Pygmalian and other RCS in that collex). Are you sure that you don't mean these?
Me: So you do not know if you will be getting colors like Saga, Suspense, etc?
SA: No we are not scheduled to get any new RCS or lipsticks for summer.
Me: OK. Will you be getting the summer eyeshadow quad?
SA: There is no eyeshadow quad with the summer collection.
Me: I thought (trying to be nice to her) that I saw one on the Chanel website. Will you be getting that one?
SA: Sometimes products show up on the web in blogs long before they are released.
Me: Well this is for sale on the Chanel website.
SA: You must have seen a quad from an older collection.

I said thank you and walked away.

That's so embarassing , why does Chanel keep going on with that policy? I really don't understand

So go and swatch. You can easily detect that I was quite struck by this particular lipstick, but I really think it's a stand alone in the collection (and it is possibly a l.e. )

Unfortunatly I don' t have a Chanel counter here and so I just have to rely
on your reviews,swatches and thoughts.

But I think that all the raves here sold me on Saga

It looks so pretty and very pigmented in the swatches Miss QQ posted

So go and swatch. You can easily detect that I was quite struck by this particular lipstick, but I really think it's a stand alone in the collection (and it is possibly a l.e. )

It's not that much more pigmented than the old formula IMO, just a tad more.

if it can help, consider that i have a fair skin, with non peculiar undetones (maybe I am in the beige/neutral family), I have dark hair and poorly pigmented lips, so saga looks quite remarkable on me. In my experience is much more pigmented than Boy, and is a peculiar hue you can wear in the daytime without being scarely over the top

I am very pale too and my lips are also not very pigmented.

if it can help, consider that i have a fair skin, with non peculiar undetones (maybe I am in the beige/neutral family), I have dark hair and poorly pigmented lips, so saga looks quite remarkable on me. In my experience is much more pigmented than Boy, and is a peculiar hue you can wear in the daytime without being scarely over the top

On me Saga is only pink too but Pygmalion a coral undertones, it's a pretty shade for summer. Soft and pigmented, Idylle is pale I think, lovely peach/apricot shade but very pale.
